Very friendly staff with perfect English knowledge. As soon as my partner and I walked in we were greeted by a very friendly manager (maybe owner?) and we got all the info we needed and even more. Even though hotel is not in the centre of Salzburg (which is a plus as its very quiet) is still not that far away and we were pleasantly surprised when we were informed that the bus fare is free for all guests! Hotel and its rooms are very clean. I particularly like the fact that toilet and showers are separated.

There is only one ashtray in the whole complex and no seating for smoking. Not the most important thing but it is probably deterring to smokers.

We had premium room. Very good one, top quality. The room is really the one you can see on the pictures. Clean, very nice colours, cosy, real wood cover everywhere. The bathroom is big with a large size shower (not a cabin!). The breakfast is also top quality. Even smoked salmon and trout is available (and immediately filled in). Many bio foods, including real carrot, apple, orange juice (and cooled in a bottle cooler). The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Easy access to the city. Big parking area in front and behind the hotel building (very comfortable). Very friendly staff! So, all-in-all whenever we shall come to Salzburg we come to this hotel. No question.

Surprisingly nice hotel for the price. They have free parking just across the street. The public transit stops are in front of the entrance, what makes it very convenient to roam around the city (we walked to downtown and rode back).

Noise insulation could be better, our room was near the stairway and we heard all possible noise happening there. Also, for whatever reason bar and restaurant was closed for the night of our stay likely for private party.

The breakfast was was very good with a wide choice of food, most of them in bio / organic quality. The personal was very friendly and helpful, the lady at the reception desk was very friendly and fullfilled our requests with smile. Parking lot is very big and offers enough parking space.

The equipment of the room was quite simple, but sufficient. The hotel is quite far from the town centre, to walk there, but there is a bus stop nearby.

The area where the hotel is situated is quiet. The facilities were good. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, you had plenty to choose from. There was enough parking lots to choose from and just a few feet away from the hotel was a bus stop that took you whereever you needed to go, bus tickets could be bought from the hotel reception ( I would recommend to buy the ticket that is valid 24 hours, it costs only 4,70€ per person )

The hotel is in a quiet location and had a nice balcony. The breakfast was great and the room had a good size. The hotel gave free tickets for the local bus to reach the city center, which is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. Parking was available free which was great.

The bathroom was not clean when we arrived with hair on the floor and in the shower.

The hotel is very close to the bus stop, but it is impossible to walk to the center. The hotel room is spacious and clean. However, there are no basic amenities such as water, coffee, kettle in the room. There are no materials such as hotel slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. Reception was concerned and friendly. The parking lot is free and easy to park.

Everything was good, just as stated and photos here. The staff at check in was friendly and professional. There is free parking lot just opposite the hotel. We didn't take the breakfast.

It was warm in the room and we had to open the windows the whole time, luckily the hotel was in a safe and quiet location. The room rate is high for the location bit further outside of city center and without breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious, beds very comfortable especially the pillows and the staff were very friendly. There was great team and bus transport available directly outside the hotel making it easy to travel into the city each day. I really enjoyed my stay.

the hotel is very cozy, neat and cute you feel like you are with your family a bit expensive because its too simple i like that the bathroom is seperated from the toilet

the towels in our room wasn't very clean it had spots on it the hotel is very simple it doesn't look like the pictures
