Very convenient & within walking distance or bus stops for everything I wanted to do. Honesty bar in Reception & was easy to pay by card & very reasonable prices with excellent selection of drinks. The German prosecco was just the best! I would definitely recommend this hotel. The coffee shop on the corner was also great & the 10% discount helped too.

A couple of minor things with the bathroom, but I reported these & they will be sorted out.

Great location, walking distance from main train station and the main tourist attractions.

We had to book 2 rooms because we have 3 kids (9, 6 and 4 yrs old) but ended up using only 1 room. It would be nice if they could allow a room for a family of 5 with extra fee. Also, there’s no elevator so it’s quite troublesome when you have a big luggage. There’s no kettle for boiling water / tea / coffee. The cafe beside (Cup&Cino) was always full for the 2 mornings we wanted to have breakfast.

We enjoyed the character of the building and in particular our room. It was well furnished, and well heated. Our experience was further enhanced by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff to a point where we were assisted more than was necessary.

There were no issues during our stay. We had a great time at Urban Stay, we enjoyed Salzburg and have become enamoured with the nation of Austria. God Bless her and her peoples.

Super convenient location and easy to get into when we arrived late in the day. Loved that they had a little refrigerator of bottled water and drinks that you could grab and charge to your room on the honor system. They also had an electric kettle you could borrow. Front desk was super friendly. The room was spacious and had lots of shelves where you could spread out your items.

The one drawback was that there was no lift and we were on the fourth floor so wrangling the suitcases up and down was a bit of a chore.

The hotel was great. Location was excellent and the room itself was very good and comfortable. Could easily ask for utensils and kettle for the room. Staff was helpful. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Excellent hotel.

Cleaning service is quite early in the morning if you wanted your room cleaned.

Spacious room for 3 people, very good location to start visit Salzburg on foot. Close to bus station, if you want to go to Schloss Hellbrunn or Untersberg mountain cable car. Self check-in with no problem. Very good breakfast at Cup&Cino just some steps away.

The bathroom is quite small, without a shelf under the mirror to put the necessary cosmetics handy. Only 1 chair and 1 armchair in a room for 3 people, only 2 glasses also for 3 people.

Communication and check in with the property was very easy. Location was great . It was about 10 minutes easy walk from railway station with plenty eating places and shops nearby. The Mirabell palace and gardens were close by and the Altstadt about 10/15 minutes away. The room was great with comfortable bed, good shower and towels, TV and a fan. There was a mini fridge in reception with good selection of cold drinks to buy at a reasonable price. There was also an iron and kettle which I was able to use for making a hot drink. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend this property.

Absolutely nothing.

It was exactly as I expected it to be. The hotel is perfect for work-related travel. I took a 1-person room, which provided a perfect space to properly organize my clothes, a small desk for work, and a private bathroom. I used the room just to sleep/work a little. The hotel is very easily accessible. Autonomous access for late-arrivals. The room was comfortable, with all I needed included. The place was nice a quiet, with almost no sounds within and outside the hotel. All you need is within walking distance, with a very nice coffee place just around the corner. The hotel was quickly responsive in the case of any need (e.g. check-in or key support). The room was kept tidy, with cleaning services being present every day. In conclusion, a perfect place for a multiple-day stay.

Check-in was extremely smooth. We arrived in Salzburg on an early train and the front desk was able to hold our luggage before our 3 pm check in time. They even put our luggage in our room for us so that when we arrived late that day and checked ourselves in, everything was safe and waiting for us in our room. Great shower water pressure, and comfiest bed we had our whole 10 day trip. Great location as well, it was easy to walk to and from the train station as well as to the old town/Mirabellplatz (maybe 7 min walk from the train station, 7-10 min walk from Mirabell? I didn't keep track of the time because it was a pleasant walk with pretty things to pass). Overall we found Salzburg to be a very walkable city, as the public transport doesn't really get you that much faster or closer. We don't spend a lot of time in our hotel while traveling, but it did the job as our home base for 3 days in Salzburg.

We had a really comfortable stay in Salzburg! The apartment is really well located, very close to all the main attractions. The beds where very comfortable and really liked the fact that there was a shared facility to make some coffee or sit down to eat your sandwiches. We also had the possibility to store our luggages as we had a later train out of Salzburg.
