I loved the free breakfast, I had some delicious cereal the next morning with fresh milk and juice and they had other things too. I also enjoyed the peacefulness of this place nestled so quietly in such a busy neighborhood! You can't even tell a hotel is there to be honest but that's what I loved, very very peaceful. The place was extremely clean and I got parking!! In NY, can you imagine that?? I also loved that the security was monitoring my vehicle all the time. The staff was extremely vigilant and I loved that the young man at the front desk noticed that my flashers were left on by accident which undoubtedly would have killed my battery had he not called my room to alert me to this gaffe of mine! They were so pleasant, I really didn't expect so much ease of checking in and comfort, convenience and everything for our one night stay in NY. The beds were nice and clean, comfortable room. I would definitely stay there again!

The street in front of the hotel smelled really bad, but that is really beyond their control since NY is pretty much like that for lots of busy streets. But the smell was a bit of a turn off. Once we got inside the hotel however, we didn't even notice! Also didn't like that the directions to get to the parking lot were a bit fuzzy, took us about 10 mins to drive around and finally find their parking lot, but I was still super grateful that they had a parking lot for me to park in no matter how hard it was to find it.. LOL.

The location of the hotel is great, near numerous restaurants and shops, convenient to subway, in a lively area. Easy to get to anywhere else in the city from here, but definitely more economical than staying in Manhattan.

Some minor areas for improvement: 1) room outlets do not hold a plug to charge a phone. Plug something in, it just drops out. This is true in every room I've stayed in at this hotel in several trips to NY. 2) Toilet seat does not stay up. the counter blocks it from being fully opened. Might seem minor, but it is annoying.

Located right on Main Street, super convenient, the facility is old but the beds and room are clean and comfortable. Price is good. A good place to crash when you want to be in center of the town.

Because of the location, the street is noisy all the time. At night the garbage trucks are busy, not good if you are light sleeper.

The location is great. Close to my favorite restaurants and subway for easy access to the rest of the city.

It is a budget hotel, it is clean, but showing its age. Could use a little love. I've stayed here a few times and in every room I've been in, the outlets in the room are so loose my charger plug won't work. Had to charge phone in the bathroom. A coffee maker would be nice too.

The location is very convenient, 6 min walk from the subway/bus. The area is bustling with a lot of good food options during the day. The hotel is old but the bed was comfortable.

The electric plug by the bed was too loose to hold any charger, so the only plug was in the bathroom.

It was silent. It smelled clean. I had everything I needed. The person at the desk didn't wait to release my deposit. As soon as they checked the room, my deposit was in my account. That was within a couple of hours. All other hotels wait till the hold releases on itself own. It's like 15 minutes from LGA. And MTA. the price is good. I'd stay here again

The bed was hard. That's me as a person. There is no fridge, no coffee maker and the safe was locked. Again I stayed 1 night so it didn't matter much to me.

The Flushing Hotel is my favorite place to stay in NYC. Travelers cannot beat the Hotel for the price, the location and the convenience of trains and buses being close by. The choice of dining locations is also excellent. Shopping is easy at the many mini malls and the bigger malls in the general area. The staff at the Flushing Hotel are always kind and courteous. I will always stay at the Flushing Hotel when I am in NYC.

There is not much to not like. The Flushing Hotel is an economical and safe 3 star facility replete with dining options throughout the area, close to accessible mass transit. If you prefer luxury accommodations, then by all means avail yourself of them. I prefer to keep my money in my pocket and so I will stay at the Flushing Hotel whenever I am in NYC. I liked everything. Courteous professional staff, clean warm rooms, clean bathrooms with good water pressure and hot water, all types of fast food nearby, transportation close by and extremely affordable lodging. This has and will always be my go to hotel in NYC.

Its perfect for what you pay for, and a lot of places to eat and shop at. The 7 train is in a walking diatance and you can use that to getnyou anywhere in new york.

Having to wait 3 hours to check in, and felt rushed to check out.

Very convenient to restaurants and subway. Easy to stay here and get to other places in the city. Very reasonable price, better value than anything in manhattan, but still easy to get to manhattan from here

Water pot broken, leaked. Toilet kept running, had to jiggle handle. A coffee maker would be awesome:)
