It was fit for short family vacation. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were wonderful

The wifi was a bit slow

We were there off-season and got upgraded room. The room was very big and comfortable. Comfortable big bed. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, felt very welcome. We had our car parked infront of hotel and went for nice walk, the lake is just there, town center walking distance away. Although there were not many people staying in hotel , the breakfast table was superb! Lots of fresh things to eat, you can make your own fresh juice from vegetables and fruit. Lots of joice, nice view from big windows. In the evening we had aperitif in downstairs bar, the cocktails were excellent! You could take snacks next to it. Perfect!

The hotel’s location is absolutely wonderful and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view that added a relaxing touch to our stay. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, reflecting the high quality of service. I would also like to thank Mr. Ali, the porter, for his professionalism and courteous service. However, the most outstanding experience was with the front desk lady who assisted us during check-in. She went above and beyond— not only did she handle the check-in smoothly, but she also helped us with charging our electric car when we faced an issue with the charger. She contacted another hotel and arranged everything for us in the most professional and kind manner. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but I truly hope this message reaches her, as she was the highlight of our stay. Thank you to the entire hotel team. We look forward to staying with you again soon.

The hotel location is perfect and nearby most of the attractions. It has both lake views and Mountain View’s. The rooms are big and well organized. They have free car parking. The breakfast is delicious with many different options. The staff are friendly and helpful. Many restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. You can enjoy sunrise and sunset from the balcony of the hotel. One of the important features for me was the gas station and big supermarket are infront of the hotel. Highly recommended and wonderful. Thanks for the staff for their hospitality and good service.

Breakfast was really great. Like really really. And we already tried so so many accommodation around Garda Lake. Various options. Fresh fruit. Fresh juice. Good coffee. Freshly made eggs any style. Location was great. We spent here just one night, but enjoyed it. Our view wasn't great. But we booked the cheapest room. So we knew. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. We liked our short stay very much.

Parking and noise. But not so bad

Location was good with 20 minutes walking to Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi. Room was up to 4 star hotel, very spacious, comfy, cozy, and with mountain views. On-site parking was on first come first served basis but was not a problem. In the room we were welcomed with champagne and box of chocolates during the New Years period. Also during the evening, we were offered free finger foods by the bar. Ambience was very nice to relax and enjoy some drinks. Breakfast was very good. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

I love the city and the hotel made my stay one of kind by providing all the thing I need clean and good rooms with free parking and breakfast , fantastic view and free bicycle and don’t forget the staff are more welcoming and lovely they treat you like one of there family. I recommend this hotel for any who want to get the most of Riva del Garda and I’m coming back soon.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, just exactly what we like to eat. Staff that works in the kitchen and restaurant very professional and pleasant and always happy to serve you. Receptionists very nice and friendly. Security man Andrea a very good and friendly. The room service- room was everyday spotless. Very recomending this hotel.

Complete stuff was great, starting with Daniela at the reception desk. Everyone was very kind and nice. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The breakfast food selection was large and varied. Free of charge aperitivo in the afternoon with light snacks was excellent

Good location - 15-20 minute walk into centre of town, especially nice along the lakeside promenade (although watch out for cyclists who think they are on the Giro d'Italia) and choice of restaurants nearby as well. Excellent breakfast (and Restaurant manager took account of my husband's mobility issues and gave us tables near the buffet) and the one dinner we had in the hotel was good as well (we like to try lots of different places for dinner) with reasonably priced wine and half price aperitifs in Happy Hour. Other pluses were big fluffy towels and complementary bathrobes & slippers. Hessian shopping bag farewell gift on checkout which I unfortunately managed to leave behind.

WiFi was painfully slow but this seems to be widespread in Riva rather than specific to the hotel as we struggled to make hotspots work either. A few niggles - the perennial problem of sunlounger-hogging by the pool (towels & belongings left unattended for hours) as space is very limited and the 6th floor sundeck has few (if any) parasols; there are only 2 small lifts which can result in long waiting times; difficulty in manoeuvring in and out of parking spaces in front car park when large neighbouring vehicles present; no hooks in bathroom (for the lovely bathrobes) and rather small shower cubicle; curtains gathered too tightly so they didn't fully cover the window and hence let in too much light round the edges.
