The room provided a good base for me to visit various places. It was clean quiet and comfortable

A welcome pack of tea, coffee etc would have been nice. The TV didn't seem to be getting a signal for live tv, anyone not used to technology will struggle. There were a couple of very minor issues but they didn't detract from the functionality of the room

Very easy check-in without any hassle. Room was nice and clean, Included a Kettle, toaster, Microwave and fridge freezer was a great addition. Bathroom was perfect for what I needed. Bed was pretty comfortable too. Overall was a nice stay and great value for the money paid.

The room backed onto the main kitchen and whilst not the hosts fault, one of the guests was making a lot of noise cooking etc... past 11pm. The room itself didn't have any cups or cutlery so had to find some in the main kitchen.

Everything was great. I didn't meet any staff but then I didn't need to. The communication I received was very clear and made it easy to access my room.

The TV didn't work very well. The connection was so slow. It was an Android/Google TV but it was really slow to load. I tried to connect my Chromecast but that didn't connect. After a few attempts I gave up and reverted to my tablet.

There was parking right outside. It was on the road to the places I needed to access including the University. It was a highly organised booking system that kept me informed and access was as arranged re keys etc. They had taken delivery of and retained a parcel that contained my graduation gown. The owner on one occasion helped me park and was informative, and a nice character. The kitchen was basic but sufficient for my needs.

I did not like the fact that I had to buy toilet rolls as there were none in the toilet. Under the bed had not been vacuumed and there was dust and a fluff ball. The dispensers for body wash and shampoo in the shower were empty. The shower itself was lovely.

It was a great location for the University. It was quiet and had everything that I needed. It was close to a supermarket, which meant I saved money shopping there, rather than eating out.

I chose it because it looked like there was plenty of parking, but it is quite a small parking area and other guests parked so badly that we couldn't get in. Fortunately a member of staff asked the other guest to move his car.

Good size room Tv was good. Had a fridge and freezer Cutlery, plates, glasses, mugs etc provided Good facility On site parking

The shower was boiling hot. No cooler option. No iron No toiletries as displayed on the photos. Only had shampoo

Excellent value for money. Very clean and well equipped. Clean, modern furnishings.

If you're staying on the top floor, like I did, be prepared for lots of stairs! The accommodation is not centrally located in Nottingham, but it is on a very frequent bus route. Minor glitch: my shower did not have an extractor fan so I set off the fire alarm twice in my stay through the simple act of having a shower.

Perfect location for both university campuses, everything I needed to prepare food, quiet, comfortable bed, good shower with plenty of hot water, good internet connection, parking available.

Android TV was very slow and I struggled to load the iPlayer.

It has everything you need and if you are keen on walking, a lot of points of interest are at walking distance.

If you are not keen on walking, nothing is at walking distance. It was a bit colder than anticipated but an extra blanket dealt with the problem.

Secure, affordable, well-equiped, clean and organised. It has everything you need and bus stations nearby. I'd recommend it!
