Good location for beach and local restaurants, with underground parking.

The pictures in Booking. com are out of date, there is a new building in front spoiling the sea view for the lower apartments, we were on floor 15 which was just about ok, anything lower and you may be disappointed. WiFi was awful and glitchy, found it difficult booking trips and restaurants without a good connection, also needs some USB charging points and a shaver/tooth brush charging point in the bathroom, some of the above may sound petty but they are the basics for todays living.

Fantastic location, beautiful views of the ocean. Nice apartment with all the necessary for a comfortable stay. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Property has its own parking. Renee at reception is powerhouse! Very friendly lady, who understood our situation and acted accordingly straight away.

The place would benefit of big in depth clean. The cooktop was not easy to ignite.

Pacific View Resort – Great Spot by the Beach We really enjoyed our stay here. The ocean views were incredible, and the location couldn’t be better, just an easy walk to cafes and shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience easy and welcoming. Overall, it’s great value for money, and we’d definitely come back for the views and location.

Booking.com wasn't the best experience for us when booking this accommodation, highly recommend connecting directly with Pacific View Resort. Not a deal breaker but there were no teaspoons in the draw and the cups were stained through use.

The view was spectacular, better than I had hoped!! 10/10 for the ocean views. Close to the beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. Close to surfers paradise and the theme parks.

Only a sheet was on the beds, there was a wooly blanket in the cupboard, however it did smell unclean. There was also a thick doona, but had stains with no cover so opted not to use due to hygiene reasons. My daughter’s bed had old blood stains on her sheet, a dirty towel was left from the previous guests, along with some rubbish in the bedroom wardrobe. All in all, things we could look past because the view made up for the negatives.

Very spacious, lovely view and great location. Pots, pans, dishes, dish washer, washing machine all provided.

We were only provided 2 toilet rolls with only 25% of paper left on each roll. We had to buy our own because the reception was closed when we went to ask for more. Shampoo and conditioner provided but only Bar soap and not liquid body wash provided to wash our bodies. Only 2 towels provided and non for my baby, luckily we brought our own and I had another to dry my hair. We were only provided 1 sachet of liquid dish washing soap which we finished in 2 days and our stay was 4 nights. We were only provided 1 sachet of laundry detergent, and we needed to do 2 loads of washing. There are pots, pans, dishes provided but no oil or salt and pepper to fry up and egg and add some basic flavour.

Whilst the apartment was clean and tidy, the carpet and couch would benefit from a steam clean.

Location... being removed from the very busy Surfers, Broadbeach was great. Apartment was clean, maintained and spacious for for needs.

We like to self-cater when away, so we booked a self-contained apartment. It was great to have pots & pans but would have been helpful to have some basics provided such as: foil, baking paper, cooking oil, salt as these items are used in small quantities and not worth purchasing a whole roll/pack for one or two uses. Maybe asking guests if they intend to self-cater or cook during their stay so that these types of items can be made available. (They are often available at many air B&B's or holiday rentals).

Sensational location, well maintained property, great additional facilities such as indoor pool and spa as well as outdoor pool. Well managed organised.

Inside the apartment the furniture is very worn and tired and the kitchen equipment such as a stove top. That was very difficult to light and use, utensils and crockery that were cheap to begin with and all odd was disappointing for the price paid.

What a view - very spacious and a great location. We saw dolphins and whales from the balcony whilst having breakfast!! It was lovely seeing the sea and beach goings on. We loved our stay.

I thought the basic provisions provided were very lacking and meagre although you could buy more from reception in single quantities but it wasn't open very often. Flyspray and a bottle of dishwashing liquid would have been great. The tap in the ensuite needed the top reattaching or even just gluing. We found the initial access to the carpark and aptmt difficult but that's probably due to the resurfacing of the main entrance.

This apartment (1 bedroom) on a high floor is simply splendid in every way, we have ocean views guaranteed every morning and evening! It was so lovely to stay at Main beach a bit further away from the never ending tourist crowds and only a 35 mins walk to Surfers (along the Broadway walking path) so you can still hear the sound of the waves whilst walking to Cavill Avenue where at Paradise Centre is Woolworths and all the shops and eateries are located; it's such a spoilt way to live now I wished I owned an ocean views apartment myself; I wished I didn't have to leave if I won the 100 million Powerball but I do ... This apartment is world class with Smeg oven and even has a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer, it really helps on those rainy stormy days of November on Gold Coast; when the sun is out at 32 degrees I'm so grateful there is aircon in my apartment where you could adjust and after a really hot day in Brisbane at Breakfast Creek Steak house coming home to a cool pad plus a cold shower was heaven on earth I didn't want to move anymore because my bedroom has ocean views too; SeaWorld is really close to the apartment and a bus on Tedder Avenue takes you directly there; 4mins on the Tram takes you to Southport where Chinatown and many eateries are there as well as shopping of course in Australia Fair shopping centre; for all those richer and younger folks you will like Pacific Fair Shopping Centre at Broadbeach South tram station 10mins from Main Beach station where this apartment a 7 minutes walk away ...

answered no for parking because we cancelled car rental due to Queensland public transport fare is 50cents so we utilised the tram often so actually there is no fault or anything wrong with apartment providing free parking; I would like to add that the property managers are so very kind and lovely that they would have done everything possible and utmost to make sure your requirements are well provided (reasonable requests please), not high maintenance requests that you know your grandmother would roll her eyes and ears 🙏🙏🙏 like you know what I mean 😂
