We enjoyed our spacious room. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was convenient for visiting the East and South shores of Lake Tahoe. Lots of parking space too.

We did not enjoy the breakfast. The options were limited, especially if you want to eat something that's a bit healthy/unprocessed. The pancake machine was fun, but did not function properly most of the time. The personnel did not seem to want or be able to fix it. Our biggest issue with the breakfast was the exclusive use of single-use plates, cups and cutlery.

We had an unforeseen personal problem that required changing the reservation. The front desk person (Calli) was exceptional in helping us solving the situation and providing a convenient solution to our entire satisfaction. The treatment was very friendly and highly professional with no excuses and completely satisfying responses in a short time. She even took time to help us extending the sofa bed and setting the heater. Above and beyond excellency. Clean facility, well equipped rooms. A completely pleasant stay.

The breakfast was excellent! There were a number of breakfast and beverage options. The food was fresh and well prepared. The staff were very attentive and provided excellent service.

There was a light above/behind the headboard and we were unable to figure out how to turn it off so we were kept awake the first night of our stay by this light. The next morning, we asked about it at the front desk and learned where the light switch was located, which wasn’t easily found. It would have been helpful if there was a note with instructions for locating the off/on switch for the headboard lamp. Additionally, the doors going into the guests rooms are very large and heavy. This contributed to what sounded like the slamming of doors as guests entered or left their rooms, even though this probably wasn’t their intent. We were awakened a number of times both at night and early in the morning as other guests were coming and going.

They were very enjoyable.....a very good variety to choose from. And, fresh too.

The bathtub in our room was very slippery when wet. It appeared to have "non-skid" patches on the surface of the tub, but, they appeared to have been covered over with a clear gelcoat material. The desk did supply a regular bathtub/shower mat, which did eliminate the "slippery surface" feel.

Very convenient location off 395 near restaurants, gas, and walking paths. Good hot breakfast with several protein options (eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt) and several options for beverage including non-dairy options.

I would have preferred a tub but the gentle rain shower head was nice.

My Dad liked the breakfast that was available. I called prior to my parents checking in and was able to pay for the room with no hassle as well.

There aren't phones in the rooms and that was an issue as my parents are in their 80's and cell phones are harder for them to use.

Clean, spacious rooms, indoor pool and good breakfast , friendly staff.

Our key cards kept on not working 3x and inconvenienced when elevator shut down. It would be good if King room had a pull out sofa sleeper vs chaise. And why is there no phones in room to contact front desk?

We had a rely pleasure to stay in the hotel. Room was clean and bed changed daily. Good breakfast. Stuff in the breakfast area are really polite and help you without having trouble. I highly recommend this place and will come back definitely.

One thing I didn't like that laundry was out of service and I couldn't wash my kids dirty clothes after the snow day.

Honestly, we did not partake of their breakfast, this time. Had relations that live in the area. They took us to restaurants that they knew of.
