we were located on the ground floor we had a very spacious apartment with large living dining area perfect for the kids to play. kitchen was well stocked and i could make a basic pasta for dinner and salad. restaurants and a supermarket are within walking distance to the hotel. the pool looked good but too cold while we were there. great park as well within walking distance for the kids. car park is underground and easy access.

not much but if i had to be picky i would say that the kitchen could do with a few more items to support cooking for a family like larger pots. Maybe a smart TV in the master bedroom.

Everything!! Our stay here was exceptional. From the moment we pulled up the whole check in process was seamless. The girl that checked us in was friendly and very helpful and the process was very swift. When we entered the room it was warm which was a nice greeting considering the outside temperature was so cold. The place was roomy, very clean and very comfortable. It is also a very easy few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and a great supermarket for supplies. Great secure undercover car parking as well. I will not hesitate to stay here again, and am already planning another trip back.. Thankyou.

Could not complain about a single thing!

We had a wonderful stay in the 2-bedroom apartment during our Canberra escape. The pre-arrival check-in and express checkout options were excellent and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. The apartment was exactly as pictured online, which was reassuring and added to our overall satisfaction. The location is fantastic - restaurants and cafes are just a stone’s throw away, making it incredibly convenient. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!

If we had to mention anything, larger cups for tea and coffee would’ve been a nice touch—though the ones provided were perfectly adequate. The overhead rain showerhead wasn’t working during our stay, but the standard handheld attachment worked well and was actually more practical for us, especially with young kids. The sofa lounge was a bit firm, but given that it’s a fold-out, that’s to be expected - and it wasn’t a deal breaker during our short stay.

Great location, walking distance to a nice area with good choices for places to eat and shop. A grocery store etc so you can easily get around. A quiet and safe area too. The place itself is clean and well stocked with everything you need. Quite spacious too which is nice for a family of four. The staff were friendly but I didn't need anythibg so we didn't interact very much with them. The pool was very warm but a bit on the small side so I think my overly enthusiast kids probably annoyed a few of the other guests with their splashing. A great stay.

There was very little I would recommend in terms of improvement. The gym could benefit from a few minor changes to improve usability.

Reasonably priced. Plenty of room in the apartment. Very quiet at night.

Receptionist on Friday night 20/12 was very perfunctory. Receptionist at checkout on the morning of 21/12 was excellent - friendly and asked how our stay was. Parking spots are extremely narrow. A group of teenagers were in the pool on night of 20/12 drinking beer out of glass bottles next to families with young children & there were no staff on hand to tell them to get out, even though there are cameras everywhere. A little more cleaning required in the apartment. Silverfish found in kitchen, melted cheese in kitchen sink hole, dirty balcony. Toilet had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Not sure if it was the previous occupants or it was coming from somewhere else but it wasn’t in any other room.

This apartment is located in a fabulous area, and is walking distance to Kingston cafes and restaurants. The unit is very large and has a well stocked kitchen so you can cook if you wish. Bed was comfy and bathroom has a great shower. Perfect for a weekend or short stay in Canberra, we would stay here again

Stairwells got a bit noisy in mornings and evenings, and there are no lifts so you need to be able to carry your luggage up the stairs. But these were minor inconveniences and we really enjoyed our stay

A comfortable clean and spacious room. The location was close to all the amenities in Kingston, Canberra. I think the price is about right for what you get and the location.

Lack of signage on what to do with keys when checking out. The guy at reception was on the phone, and didn’t even signal what to do. I waited around 5 minutes until he got off the phone and then he simply took them from me without needing to do anything else. I then received a text message to leave the keys in the room after I already checked out at about 8.30. The text message could be sent earlier or that instruction could be provided when you check in.

Specious 2 bed apartment in great spot, close to local restaurants and shops . Do try Saffron. Very reasonably priced when we stayed. Kitchen and bathroom fine. Free secure parking. Helpful staff. Will stay again. Quiet area but very convenient.

Nothing. We'd done our homework and read that there were no lifts. So we asked for a ground floor room. No view but so convenient. I did hear people moaning about having to climb all the stairs, but you have to read the small print if you have mobility issues.

We loved the location, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and lake. Beds very comfortable with great pillows, nice linen. Serviced frequently. Ammenities provided and not skimped on. Parking available. Staff friendly and responded quickly when we needed something.

Furniture was a bit sparse in the living area, made it feel not so cosy, but what was there was comfortable.

We were a party of 6 adults and 1 child. The bedrooms and bedding arrangements were great. The kitchen was well provisioned with utensils, cookware and crockery. The location was convenient for the places we wanted to visit.

There were 2 mugs with large chips in the rims. When I raised this as a problem, I was told that they would be replaced by housekeeping, but they weren’t. I had to follow up with Reception to get replacements. The EV charger did not work.
