Our stay here surpassed all expectations! The staff were so so lovely, the rooms/balconies were so spacious, clean and modern and the pool area was amazing too. We arrived late at night and were greeted with the warmest welcome, help with our bags and a fridge full of bottled of water which was so lovely. We were genuinely blown away, especially given the price of our visit! The room was equipped with air conditioning, a coffee station, mini fridge, television, hair dryer and even toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrushes). It had everything you needed and more. This was genuinely one of our favourite stays here in Thailand and we couldn’t recommend it any more. We instantly felt at home and were so sad to leave. So thank you!

We loved everything! The only thing we would recommend considering is the location as it is a little out of the way from the hustle and bustle. We hired a moped for convenience though, the hotel also had contacts for taxi services (which were really cheap) and if you just wanted to walk, it was still only around 20 minutes to get to sairee beach so not much of an issue at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean, the king bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. We really enjoyed the pool- it was very clean and a nice temperature. The breakfast was included and was very good with lots of options to choose from. The property was not on the busy main road which was nice, making it very quiet. They had scooters and helmets for rent which was very handy. The free pick up at the pier was a bonus. Lastly, the staff were amazing- very helpful and friendly!

I stayed in the room next to the reception, and the WiFi was excellent for my work and early morning calls. The pool was clean and beautiful, and the staff was very kind, accommodating all my requests. I was able to purchase a boat ticket from them as well. The bed was big and comfortable, and the price was reasonable considering everything else in town was either sold out or more expensive.

The noise from the nearby power plant was noticeable from the pool during the day. At night, I could hear a loud noise from another AC unit behind my room, so I had to use earplugs. But I wouldn't call this place noisy except these two. It had a serene atmosphere overall. Additionally, the tap water had an unpleasant smell but that usually happens after heavy rains.

The staff were wonderful. They helped us with everything we needed and we rented our scooter from them which are available at the hotel. The pool was a lovely little oasis with shade from the beautiful trees that surround it. The pool is so nice to come back to and cool down after a day adventuring. The location is quiet and just outside of the main part of town where the ferry comes in. I recommend going to the coffee shop at the end of the road. Great staff and coffee.

Is our second time staying at this place! Is so clean and I love the pool. I appreciate that is not directly in the center so you can relax. You do need a scooter to move around. Tanote bay is only 5 minutes by scooter so is nice. Also there’s no mini market close by, so we kept food on the mini fridge they provided for us and it was perfect! Nice for couples that rent scooters

I don’t mind since I knew already, but be aware that is not in the city center (3 min by scooter) and there’s no restaurant directly at the property (but there’s a fridge in the room).

Nice and quiet area, room was spacious and clean. Pool area was lovely and well kept. We had absolutely everything we needed at this hotel and the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We hired our motorbike, booked our ferry to Koh Samui, did our laundry and got our ferry transfer all done through the hotel. It was the most helpful and most convenient experience we’ve had in Thailand so far. The hotel staff also went above and beyond as my partner forgot his wallet in the motorbike we rented and only realised when we were at the marina with little time until our ferry was due to leave. The hotel staff collected his wallet and dropped it down to us with just enough time to spare before we had to board the ferry. We highly recommend staying here, they were amazing throughout.

Very minor and our fault for not asking, but the pillows were quite hard and the shower was a bit dribbly. Neither of these spoilt our stay though

The property offers a quieter stay in Koh Tao. If you’re not into the party life like myself, and much prefer peace and quiet, this is the right place. A few reviews mention the noise coming from the power plant further down the road, but you cannot hear it.

The WiFi was pretty much non existent on some occasions, that would be my only ‘con’.

Very nice rooms, the pool is clean, the views from the apartments are amazing!! the staff is very friendly and helpful. you can book tours and a scooter at the reception and even wash your clothes and rent snorkels with them. we highly recommend this place.

One thing that you should consider is the location. without a scooter it’s gonna be hard to get around. however, if you got one everything is easily accessible!!

Beautiful, clean room, quite environment and surroundings, smart tv and the kitchen even had a (small) electric stove 👍🏼 staff and room cleaning was excellent. Would definitely recommend

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi and general connection of Mobil network and cellular at the remote location wasn’t the best.. 100% enough if you’re doing vocation but as I am a digital nomad and working online I sadly had some troubling moments during my 4 weeks stay

2nd time staying here, able to rent scooter, they offer free pick up from the pier. I cancelled 2 days as the weather was bad so couldn't enjoy my full stay but wasn't there fault but still helpful with booking earlier ferry and taking us to the pier
