Given the fabulous position of the hotel on the promenade des Anglais, we were disappointed at the lack of communal space for guests to view the Promenade. Neither the reception area nor breakfast area on the third floor had a good view.

Beautiful location, 3rd floor is stunning. Lovely pool. Our room on the 9th floor had a spectacular view, we enjoyed the balcony so much. The room was spacious with a big bed, very comfortable and had a door to dressing/ bathroom area which was practical as we had a 1 year old with us. The level of service was five star, all the staff were so friendly and helpful and gave us complimentary treats. Very welcoming to us and our little one. Concierge was excellent and arranged a day trip to a beach club in Cannes which was a highlight of our trip. We really loved it and can’t wait to return

My husband and I had a truly wonderful stay at the Hyatt – the hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Just to highlight a few things we loved: 1) Spacious, spotless rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds 2) Delicious breakfasts offering a wide variety of options, including excellent coffee 3) A perfect location – right by the sea, yet within walking distance to the city center and many great restaurants 4) Above all, the outstanding personnel – always going above and beyond to make your stay special A particularly heartfelt thank you to Mr. Mahmud, who surprised us by remembering our 10th wedding anniversary. It was a truly touching gesture that made our visit unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning!

The Hyatt Regency in Nice is truly a gem in every sense. Its phenomenal location, right at the edge of the famous Promenade des Anglais, makes it the perfect spot for soaking up the sun and enjoying the stunning Riviera views. The atmosphere is sunny, elegant, and thoroughly enjoyable – where you instantly feel at ease. The service is outstanding, with a team that goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels special. The hotel is phenomenal, offering a classic charm that perfectly complements its iconic location. While it’s starting to show some age, I’m confident that Hyatt will rise to the occasion and renovate this incredible property to make it shine even brighter. It’s a true jewel, and with some polish, it will undoubtedly become even more spectacular. It was highly recommended for anyone visiting Nice!

It’s a beautiful hotel, good location and helpful staff. Breakfast has good quality and variety and the facilities are ok. Generally was a nice hoteal to stay in Nice.

The rooms are a bit outdated. The toilet was a separate room with no sink. The extra bed we asked for was a small obe-person sofa-bed and its mattress was not suitable for a 5-star hotel.

Great hotel right in the center of prime Nice. Short walk to restaurants, shopping and of course the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Lovely, small pool area or when the beach gets too crowded.

You are in the center of the tourist hustle and bustle of the city, so if you are looking for a more quiet experience, it may not be the location for you.

Location of this hotel is absolutely amazing! Walking distance to beaches, all shops, restaurants and Old Nice. The staff was wonderful, welcoming upon arrival and helpful with anything needed. Special thank you to the restaurant staff (poolside and for evening dinner)! They were especially incredible! The room size was very large with a large balcony too.

Everything else was amazing but there could be great improvement in the cleaning and maintenance of the floor and rooms. The shower grout was moldy and the toilet smelled like there was a leak the whole time. The bathroom was like a cheap hotel. Also, a musty odor on the entire floor as soon as you got off the elevator.

Location is excellent being close to the beach, an easy walk from the centre of the city and well connected by pubic transport to the airport and the rest of the city. Hotel is very high quality, staff exceptional and quality of linen and cleaning service very high. Breakfast is exceptional

although it had a nice view of the city and mountain, and a small terrace with seats, the room was pretty average, and less than we had hoped for an expensive hotel
