Room was renovated, spacious and in very good condition. Very pleasing space. Renovated bathroom, just needs a few touch ups. (Would have loved to give it a 10 but couldn’t because of the lack of servicing, which including failing to resolve issues with the room after raising them with reception on check in.)

Not a true apartment hotel: no servicing of the room for stays of less than 7 days. At the rate paid, if not serviced daily you would expect at least every 3 days, especially with a kitchenette so food rubbish piles up. No instructions of any kind for rubbish disposal; I had to ask for a second garbage bag so I could tie up the first one because of the smell. The bed was too soft and bowed in the middle providing only fair spinal support. No maintenance available - was told the broken bin would be fixed never happened - I was there 6 nights so had to hang garbage bag from a door knob.

Very clean, well maintained rooms. Spacious and with almost every amenities you might require. The location is excellent - about 7 minutes from the central station (Gare). A lot of restaurants within 10 minutes walk, and you can find most cuisines that are looking for. The tourist attractions are close by - within 15 minutes' walk. The service and reception are great, they are friendly and kind. In summary for it's price, this exceptionally great - cosy, convenient, comfortable, safe and friendly. Id recommend it anyone visiting Strasbourg for the first time (or anytime 😊)

We liked everything about this place - room, excellent location near historic district and the train station, friendly staff. We insist to specifically mention our satisfaction by the availability of a fully equipped kitchenette. We didn't have breakfast at the facility because of strict diet consideration. We really enjoyed the stay. So, we recommend to everyone who would visit Strasbourg.

The place left nothing to dislike.

Reasons I would stay here again: Very good wifi in my room, kitchen equipped with everything I needed for my stay, relatively spacious rooms, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, being able to leave my suitcase on departure was very handy.

Things that could be improved: the room and bathroom were not super clean - for example there was black mould on the shower tiling where the tiling stopped halfway up the wall; there was no bedside table or shelf, meaning that my glass of water, mobile phone and book all had to go on the floor

location is good. close enough to the centre breakfast was good as well

absolute nightmare to get there due to construction Then the nightmare with the parking begins. you need to check in to the hotel to get the card (they cannot open the parking door for you... dunno why) but that's on one side. then drive around the construction to get to the parking lot. Then dark parking with no elevator. far from idea

Room with enough space for two people. Little kitchenette, ideal for breakfast and dinners in the room. Located in a nice neighborhood. We went on foot to the city centre, about 40 minutes, a nice walk, but the city is full of trams. You can park in the parking lot of the hotel for 12 euros. Helpful staff. Close to a little Carrefour and a convenience store.

The toiletries were a little scarce.

Great property and location

Staff on booking problem, just ignored follow up calls and left them Unanswered until someone else finally answered by email over a hour later and after we had to rebook ourselves via booking.com which luckily we could just afford to do. “Someone else when answered was very good on email was very supportive and refunded mistake but it was stressful”

Access to the lift made carrying luggage so much easier. The hotel was close to the shops and train station, also the old town and the island. Staff were helpful and assisted us with toiletries and kitchen cleaning products.

The power board had a cut out switch that snapped off when we were out or during the night . Easily switched back on but a nuisance.

Location perfect for us as near train station and near supermarket. We also liked the fact that there was a reception desk when we arrived

Large room, with microwave, hot plate, dishes, and electric kettle. An 8 min walk to the train station and a 15 to 20 minute walk to the tourist attractions. I also appreciated the breakfast downstairs and early checkin option. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff!

Nothing really. I guess, the bathroom door scratches/drags across the floor when you open it.
