Excellent location, near to the beach and Westbourne cafes and shops.

There were just some details that needed attention, like one of the bathroom bulbs had gone, there was no comfy seating to relax in the rooms, both the dining table chairs had loose or in one case missing screws in the bottom, the wardrobe had a broken hinge and the shower head was scaled up so I had a to spend 5 minutes getting scale out of the holes so water would flow properly out of it. (ps I should have reported the chair to the owner but didn't have time when there and then forgot about it until now! - I'm sure if I'd mentioned it then it would have been sorted.)

Perfect location, nice & quiet, 10 minutes walk to the beach. We stayed in the top floor apartment. Very tastefully modernised & the open plan sitting-room/kitchen was perfect for us to relax in & the bedroom with en-suite shower was very comfortable.

Just to beware when booking you will be asked to pay an extra fee for damages. Also sometimes contradictory messages from the owner during our stay, different from the instructions in the apartment which was a little confusing.

Very nice property good location

We took our little dog , it wasn’t quite right for us when the dog is with you as he barked when people came back to the other apartments, so we were worried about disturbing others. We would certainly go again but leave our four legged friend at home .

Really good location. Clean with all you need. Must say the beds and pillows are amongst the best we have had in a self catering apartment. Will use again may try and get all the apartments as we will be back next year. Thanks and cheers for the drinks Michael.

Good location, Alum Chine is a great sandy beach and is walking distance. All other areas of interest are a short drive away which is great. Day trips to durdle door, Moor Valley country park easily done in half a day if needed. Great communication from the owners. Smart TV helped keep the little one entertained! Enjoyed our stay and would book again!

If you have difficulties with stairs ensure you ask for a room on the ground floor. Being on the top floor was ok for us but something to keep in mind. Also even though their are spaces for 5 cars, it's not possible to fit 5 in the spaces, so be prepared to look for street parking if you are the last one to park (plenty available).

The property is in an excellent location and in very good condition, with clean and comfortable rooms. It’s facilities are modern and everything worked well, features that I liked about the property is that the bathroom had great water pressure so you can have a lovely shower after a day at the beach. There was also plugs next to the bed to charge your phone, and a large electric fan is provided in the rooms which was great as I visited in summer. We were greeted by the member of staff called Leticia on arrival who was helpful throughout our stay and answered any questions we had, she also left some cold complimentary drinks in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. Location wise the property is excellent as alum chine beach is a 5 minute walk down the chine which the property is next to. There are cafes, restaurants and public toilets all within a 10-15 minute walk along the beach. Bournemouth town and pier is also about a 15-20 min walk along the beach so there is access to everything. You could also walk up to sandbanks Poole if you wanted to from this location.

Alum Chine is a lovely quiet part of Bournemouth and the guest house was 5 mins walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The shower was great and the guest towels are nice and big. The property has wi-fi and two smart tv's. We were also allowed to let the dog stay with a £20 excess.

As we were in the loft conversion the roof eaves on one side of the bed would be awkward if you were tall but luckily we are not. The stairs when you are arriving and leaving with luggage etc.

Great location, clean, comfy bed, dog friendly.

Shower door was very stiff and the control did not easily adjust to a perfect temperature.

So clean we were delighted. Beautiful property within easy walk to the beach.

Only small issue was the fold up bed was uncomfortable but this is such a small thing considering this property far exceeded our expectations. It was so clean I was delighted, the decor was beautiful and the two bottleS of beer left in the fridge along side milk were a very welcomed touch. I absolutely recommend this beautiful accomodation.
