Good location, comfortable bed.

No staff available when checking in, kept waiting for in my opinion too long at the front desk. Better fan is needed in the rooms during the heat. Grouting was coming away between the bathroom tiles and my wife scratched the bottom of her foot while in the bathroom. Would benefit from more plug sockets. Breakfast, bacon seemed under cooked and scrambled eggs seemed to have been left to dry out as it seemed rubbery like texture.

The staff were all very polite and courteous. The team at breakfast were all very hardworking and I salute their dedication to the job. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable.

We were expecting to be provided a room with a bath tub. We didn't have air conditioning in the room and the bath taps are a bit old school as well as being handed a physical key to our room.

Excellent location. Staff very efficient and helpful. Hotel very clean. Bedroom was a good size but furniture was very dated. Had a sea view room but was obscured by a high wall.

Continental breakfast was very limited...no cheese or meats....only cereals,fruit,yoghurt and croissants. Good cooked breakfast.

First and foremost is the staff, they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Special thanks to AJ at reception for getting our stay off to a great start. Everyone working so hard at breakfast, and the fantastic cleaning staff. The room was comfortable and quiet, we had no problems sleeping or spending the day in the room when it was raining outside. Views from the sea-facing room are surprisingly good (we found them nicer than the pictures on the website). Location is central to the main areas of interest. The hotel is opposite the BIC, the pier/beachfront/aquarium are all a very short walk away, and the town centre is a short walk in the opposite direction. We have a car but didn't need it for our stay. There is parking in the BIC (expensive per day) and another cheaper (dirt road parking lot) one adjacent to the hotel which is fine for most people.

Everything in the hotel and room works as expected, but could do with modernisation. Breakfast was fine, but could do with more options (e.g. cheese / fruits / pastries / pancakes / waffles)

Very close to Bournemouth Pier One-point-of-contact customer support receptionist Ajax had been very helpful in bettering my experience here Fresh and healthful breakfast options Personally, I find that: Direct booking has better rates; The restaurant bar serves good cocktails; Dishes including sea bass fillet (available from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm) and smoked chicken sandwiches (if in stock available 24/7) are worth trying via room service; Specialties at the restaurant including local oysters, fish soup, crab, and triple cooked chips are must-try as well.

This property is equipped with professional staff, who never fail to deliver agreeable solutions to extra requirements and provide strong customer support. As a result, objectively, there remains nothing I dislike about the property.

This was my first time in Bournemouth, and the receptionist gave some great tips. Although I didn’t book a sea view room, I still had a partial sea view from my window. Great location near the beach – I enjoyed a morning swim before check-out. Very spacious room. Friendly and professional staff, always engaging. Good full English breakfast with cereals. Each room had an espresso machine, so real coffee was always available – and tea, of course. A 24/7 food menu was also available. The price was good.

The bed was too soft for me (though that might just be personal preference), and the double bed was actually two single mattresses pushed together – I kept sliding into the gap. The TV screen seemed slightly faulty, with distorted colours. I asked for an Americano at breakfast instead of filter coffee and was told it costs extra – seriously, if you can provide it for free in the rooms, why not at breakfast in a 4* hotel? Also noticed what looked like a moth behind the curtain.

The staff in the hotel were very kind and helpful. They were able to accommodate my requests for example an extra sheet. They also sorted out an issue with the television in a short space of time. The room and bathroom facilities were kept clean and tidy. They also catered for my dietary needs. I had an excellent seaview room overlooking Bournemouth Pier. The beach was less than five minutes walk away from the hotel. Traffic noise could be heard from my room but double glazing solved the issue. But it was also lovely to hear the sound of the sea when the windows were opened. The service in The Crab Restaurant, part of the hotel, was great. Everyone was kind, considerate and helpful. I really enjoyed the food. There was also a pianist over the weekend which I really enjoyed listening to while dining. I had a great stay and I would use this hotel again. I would also recommend it to friends and family. Thank you all for a great stay!

There wasn't anything that I did not like. Possibly have tablecloths for evening dining.

The location was amazing, a stones throw to the beach and the centre of Bournemouth and only a 10 cab journey from the train station. I loved that we could leave our things at the hotel whilst our room was getting so we could explore before hitting the beach. The room was spacious and clean and the large bed was very comfortable and plenty of towels and toiletries. The breakfast was great and fresh and every member of staff was super friendly. We loved that the rooms had a tower fan too and the windows actually opened so very well ventilated.

The camp/Z bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable and the mattress on it was paper thin. The frame of her bed was digging into her. So I took the mattress off and laid it on the floor.

We booked a sea-view room, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the stunning view of the ocean was a highlight of our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff at reception were very welcoming and professional, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful beachside escape. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
