Proximity to the TAME station is ideal: no need for taxis, and you can go back and forth fom the hotel if you need to on a given day. Room spacious and clean. Optional breakfast choices good. Availability of a range of tours appreciated. Reception very helpful.

Reception speaks only Spanish, but most guests likely Spanish-speaking. Because it's Christmas time the bus station is exceptionally busy and noisy at night which was very audible from the room.

One thing I really appreciate when it comes to properties is excellent customer service. It makes a huge difference to have friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

One aspect that I didn't particularly was the poor shower experience. The water pressure was very low, and the temperature control was difficult to adjust, resulting in an unsatisfactory shower experience. This made it challenging to fully enjoy and relax during my stay. Additionally, the showerhead may have been outdated or not properly maintained, which further hindered the overall shower experience

I can say that for the price, and location its perfect. Really just across from the ADO bus station. Its quiet and peaceful. For the two nights that I was there, it was worthed. Rooms were clean. The bed feels comfortable, The AC were good.

It would be good if ateast they provide a bottle of water for the guests in the room. The shower do needs a door as water comes out from the shower area when you bathe.

The staff was kind and recommended some good places to eat they also gave me some advice regarding the paperwork in the CAS office that is a couple minutes away walking. The facilities are clean and comfortable the bed and pillows are great, the AC is perfect for the weather. If you are going to the CAS I'd recommend you choose this place.

I would have liked they asked if I wanted my room cleaned everyday, but that's personal opinion. And a power outlet near the desk would have been great.

Everything was really good, price, location (just in front of the bus station), many restaurants and interesting points near by. The staff was super kind, good wifi and a big comfy bed.

The hotel appears to be quite new, and the mattress are perfect. The location is good specially for traveling by bus.

The receptionist attitude, didn't have change for my payment, had to wait until next day when I check out. I left the remote controls at the room, and inform the receptionist, and show me rolling eyes, like if it was a big deal leaving a remote control on the room. Per sided that, all good on the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, with access to potable water. Friendly staff and great location if exploring Yucatan by bus.

Could have used a bar fridge, safety deposit box. Bathroom deodorant smell overwhelming/gave me a headache.

Was perfect for me as I need something near the bus station for an early departure. I arrived late in the evening staff was helpful and accommodating. Clean and comfortable room.
