Location was good. Room size was good…family of 5 adults. Well supplied kitchen, nice clean bathroom and plenty of closet space. Easy access to swimming pool area. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. We had a lovely view of the canal from our windows. Maybe could have been a little more info in the room about what the hotel/spa offered and some prices.

We thought the room was excellent, it was so clean & tidy! The amenities such as the oven/microwave (2 in 1), dishwasher & washing machine were massively useful. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, as was the main room which included a dining table, kitchenette & sofa. We also made use of the Spa, including a full body massage which was superb and very reasonably priced! The swimming pool & hot tub area was lovely and relaxing and the steam rooms added to this experience. We had breakfast on our last day which was a lovely buffet with a large variety of options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, we often asked for their recommendations on travel to certain places and what they thought about day trips to other cities. They were very helpful in guiding us and giving us advice on what to do & what not to do. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and we would definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to with public transport. There are cafes, a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's about 15 min walk to Gdańsk Old Town. The breakfasts in the hotel next door are amazing - tasty, with lots of choice and varied on a day to day basis. The swimming pool gets a bit crowded, but still is nice to go to, especially if travelling with children.

The room is mostly furnished with white IKEA furniture, some of it with some chipped-off paint. The beds weren't very comfortable - relatively thin, hard materaces on the twin beds. If you're a light sleeper, you may be disturbed by the curtains which are not sunlight-blocking.

Great Value, quiet location near city centre. Really spacious apartment in quiet complex, comfy bed. Nice view of canal/river from balcony. Loved having access to the swimming pool. Easy check in process at hotel reception near the apartment. Very clean and modern apartment and facilities.

The only thing we found missing was a dish towel for the kitchen, as we didn't use the dishwasher due to not using many dishes, this would have been handy.

Access to pool, playground and playroom made it a place with great facilities. Also location was fab being on the granary island.

A lot of Apartaments there are rental so sometimes it can get noisy with other holiday makers. The worst part however was uncomfy beds, extremely cheap beds, materaces pillows and duvet, so cheap you feel it when you sleep, just crap. Other than that the apartment was very well furnished, had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The apartment quit small,one laundry for a week is insane and extra charges for next one,same with dishwasher one dishwasher tablet for 7 days and extra charges

We had a one bed roomed apartment with a sofa bed. There was the hotel and then the building next door that we were in, which was a modern apartment block with security entry. The Apartment was very modern, clean and extremely well equipped. The location was a short walk from the Old Town and Forum shopping centre, very central. We had free access to the hotel swimming pool, which was in the building next door, for 1 hr a day, it was lovely with a jacuzzi and steam room.

The sofa bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable, I would go for a two bed roomed apartment next time. Although it said that Netflix and streaming channels were available, they did not work in the apartments and the TV channels were limited. Staff in the hotel were pleasant, however, we felt that we were bothering them when asking questions.

Apartment was brilliant, very spacious with everything you need. Location was great, a short 5 minute walk to the main square. We had a very lovely meal in the evening in the hotel. Would recommend.

You have to book a 1 hour time slot for for the pool which was not an issue however we expected them to limit the amount of people, most of our sessions the pool was very busy you could not have a proper swim. We paid extra for the breakfast one morning which was disappointing compared to other places we ate for the price

Location was very good with good connection to the tram/bus and very close to the city. The room was clean and nice. Room was good equipped - there was iron, iron board, kitchen supplies. Staff was very helpful and very nice. The pool area was nice, not very crowded. Massage (that you can additionally buy) was great! Sauna was the best! Breakfast was tasty and big choice of dishes.

There was only 2 chair on the balcony for 3 persons. The view from the balcony was a little different that advertised on the website. Pool was broken on the first day and the water in the pool for the next days was quite cool.

Most of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean, spacious and had everything we needed.

One member of staff at the reception in the pool was very rude. He told me I had to pay to access the pool when I knew I didn't. Eventually he called the main reception to have this confirmed after he finished the call, he said 'go in' no apology. He was also very rude to our friend that was with us. The bed was very small and uncomfortable.
