Our room was neat and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to also have empty lunch boxes in the fridge for people who want to do picnic. Room itself was of decent size. The staff was super nice and smiling. We also got a thank you for stay salt sample at the check out which was nice. Very cute 'Honesty Shop' in the hotel from where you can buy groceries, eggs etc, very convenient in case someone needs something urgently. 5 min walk to the lake.. 10 min drive to the Zell Am see city centre.

The Bedsheets really need a changeover. It had lint all over because of which we had a super uncomfortable sleep. I also felt that they could have put a dishwasher easily in the kitchen as there was LOTS of space. Lack of dishwasher led to a lot of washing utensils by hand. We had one night stay, and throughout our stay, the lift was not working throughout our stay. It wasn't an issue for us, but it could be for some people definitely.

De staff and the hotel manager were so service minded and helpfull and made me and my kids feel like home, i’am so grateful for all the help. The apartment are big and fresh and the balcony has a magical view off the mountins. It’s lot to do with the kids with the pool, games and near the lake with boats and where you can swim and play volleyboll. And the pizza was great and we like the store to shop breakfasr and snax at the hotell. We loved this place and the staff.

Beautiful property in an ideal location. Our room had plenty of space for our three children and two dogs. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. An easy walk to the lake. The pool was a great alternative for our family during inclement weather.

You have to pay for espresso pods and things that typically come standard with hotels/apartment stays.

Awesome place for family vacations with all the necessary stuff you might need. One can rent a bike, or skis, or paddle board. Nice area, convenient shop in the hotel, beautiful spa and the pool big enough for kids and adults.

The location, staff and the hotel itself were absolutely wonderful! We only stayed one night during our road trip but I would definitely recommend this place for any length of stay. My girls loved the pool and the kids play area. Truly a great place to stay!

Kids Friendly. Especially The gentleman who works at Reception is very helpful and kind. Overall. The place has amazing location and within 5mins walk. You Will reach the park where you have one of the beat spotview of Zell am see and kids playground. We will come back with kids during the winter.

I love the Staff and the hotel. It was close to the lake and mountain. And when my husband where at the hospital they where so helpful and the place felt like home for me and my kinds. This hotels staff and hotel manager has a big heart I’m forever grateful.

Everything was perfect. We liked the swimming pool and kids playroom. Also it was cool that you could buy tickets for everything in reception (sales included). We will come back again :-).
