The location and restaurant was perfect for what we were wanting! The restaurant staff and outdoor bar staff were friendly and funny.

The front desk staff—with the exception of the receptionist at customer service (Lidia, I believe) — are horrible!!!! Absolutely rude, unprofessional, and condescending! Completely incompetent at their job and a bad representation of the hotel. As a previous manager myself, I highly recommend Hotel Condesa re-consider who is appointed for these positions. They are the first impressions when guests check in and if they are rude, it immediately impacts your guests’ overall experience!

The Hotel located at the beach. the bug station is just 50 meter away and you can reach the Alcudia centre in less that 10min by bus. there is a direct bus line A32 to/from the Airport. The breakfast is really complete and consist of verity of foods and drinks. The room was clean and feels like new.

Since no Hotel is ideal, there were some drawbacks. The open cinema that is located at the middle of the hotel court plays music with very load sound for a few people until late (22:00 or later) so you can't enjoy the fresh air by opening the windows until then. There is no warm shower at the pools. also no changing room. Don Jaime restaurant, I can't recommend it. it is a closed menu restaurant so you don't have much choices ( it's desserts were really good)

huge food selection, variety was great; beach access; evening concerts and entertainment shows; bar offering and quality (including fair alcohol content hehe); huge balcony; nice, polite and very helpful staff

constant machine noise from laundry room or something under us; safe available only for extra fee; room a bit used / wore down (towel holder falling off, balcony table very old); wifi had weird problems with iPhones only; everyone reserving sunbeds even though it's forbidden (I know it's the guests fault but could still be enforced more)

The hotel has a great rooftop with an amazing view. The location is excellent and the hotel has direct access to a private beach. There was a huge variety of food, with a different themed dinner every night. The food was good.

You can hear everything in the rooms, there was a man in the room next door who snored terribly and it would have been impossible to fall asleep without earplugs. The waiters clear plates and glasses too quickly, once I had to stop a waiter because he took my glass while there was still a drink in it.

The location is great - easy access to public transportation. The beach is just couple of metres away with stunning views and very child-friendly depth of water. The hotel has a kids area with splash pool and other activities (kids room, Coco club) and entertainment through out the day. The bigger pool also is child friendly. The food is very good - different theme every evening. There is a shop at the premises, where one can buy the necessities. At the evening there are different activities such as live music, flamenco show, bingo, quizes, etc., There are water dispensers on every floor.

Although it is not allowed, people still reserve the sunbeds before the pool is opened and this rule is not being enforced by the personnel. The rooms are a bit outdated. If you want to use the safe in the room, it is an additional charge. There are no bathrobe, slippers, lotion and other small hygiene and cosmetic products (except for conditioner, shampoo, shower gel).

Excellent food: The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were truly outstanding. Great variety, everything fresh, and constantly replenished. We especially appreciated the quality and selection across all meals. Heated children's pool: A big plus for families. Our child loved spending time in the warm water even when the weather wasn't perfect. Fantastic location: Right on the beach with easy access to Alcudia and beautiful surroundings. Perfect for a relaxed family holiday. Wonderful animation team: Special shoutout to Magdalena – warm, empathetic, and full of energy. She made a big difference in our stay and truly connected with the kids.

Noisy restaurant: Although the food was superb, the main restaurant is very large and can get extremely noisy during peak times. It can be a bit overwhelming, especially for those looking for a quiet dining experience. Small extra bed: The additional bed (sofa bed) was quite small and probably not ideal for larger children or adults. It didn’t bother us much, but it's worth noting for others.

Fantastic view from the balcony, beautiful bar on the roof, great pool, super close to the sea, great breakfasts

A few things to mention: - bath tub (there were no walk-in shower in our room) is difficult to get in for less mobile people because it has glass screen that is fixed in place on the side and you have to get into the tub from its corner without any handles or supports - two individual beds in the room instead of a double bed. I knew from the beginning that our room may have such beds so it is not a lack of communication, but why would any couple prefer that I have no idea 😁 - not sure about the hotel rules, but I found it strange that while there is a great pool specially for for kids there were still toddlers allowed in the adults pool

The reception staff especially Jenna were excellent. When we had an issue with our room she satisfied our complaint and was very understanding about it. She was excellent to deal with The pool area and beach are also stunning and the bed is very comfortable. The side sea view is better than the full sea view. There are a few great bars and restaurants within walking distance and the port and old town are a bus ride away. About 10 mins and €3. Well worth a visit.

The walls are very thin so you can hear kids running up and down corridors or crying. The new design of room is very poor....no wardrobe to put away your clothes. So you are going to be looking at all your clothes for your full stay. They are also really small rooms. The junior suite is a good size.

Great Hotel located directly to the best beach in Mallorca. Room was comfortable and spacious, very good air condition and housekeeping cleans the room every day. Excellent breakfast serving with lots of options to choose from. The hotel has a good surrounding street to park if you have a car. Totally recommend the stay in Condesa if you like to spend few nights on Beachfront Hotel.

There is a lack of sunbeds at the pool area compared to available capacity of hotel.. Almost sunbeds of pool are are gone by 9.30..gueats goes early to put thier towels to reserve sunbed. Also, all sunbeds on the beach are owned by the council which you have to pay like 15Euro for two beds.. The hotel does provide any discount for beach sunbeds, so you have to go very early to the beach in order to reservs a seats... I understand that this is not the hotel fault but I would strongly recommend that hotel try to find a solution to get a lot of sunbeds on the beach booked for the guests.

Close to the beach, buses and local restaurants . Very good breakfasts and good prices at the bar however the beer is not really good.

The Receptionist lady on night shift is very rude, and not helpful , she doesn’t offer us the free champagne, she is not eve showed us which way to go to the rooms etc etc. She started be rude when she seen our passport’s, so we just avoided her and everything we asked from her colleagues, they are really nice.
