Very spacious and clean number, there were even enough space for our morning yoga. Has an electric kettle with free tea & coffee and a bottle of mineral water. Friendly personnel at the reception. Good location. Free wi-fi. In general - this number have had everything we needed and we were totally satisfied with it.

Shower door at the bottom needs cleaning. The furniture is a bit outdated. Also we went for a walk in the morning before our check-out time, but when we've turned back - the card for the room has stopped working and we've needed to get to the reception to activate it again.

I like the amenities of the room, it has to prepare tea, coffee and a bottle of water was there for free, the size of the room is good. The location is good, is 5-7 minutes walk from the central station.

The illumination of the room is quite poor, it has a main lamp but the illumination is super low, for sleeping is perfect but I needed to write down and do some stuff before sleeping, and the illumination was exhausting for my eye sight. It has extra lamps on the desk but still quite low illumination.

Our room was upgraded by the hotel and its excellent. The room is comfortable, clean and cozy so we can had a good rest. The location is amazing, near the main station and walking distance to the famous shopping area. We were traveling to 4 cities in Germany and this hotel was the best that we had stayed, which the breakfast had various food and beverages with amazing helpful staffs in the restaurant and receptionist as well. It was a really big room with additional table, armchairs, chairs, comfortable bed, fridge and set of tea, small coffee machine for a capsules. A lot of windows (view to the street). Air conditioning. Wifi. Very close to the main train station - Hbf.

APPROX. 4:20 a.m.(on Sat./Sun.) the police were knocking on the room next door. It was a very stressful experience because it was the middle of the night. At first we were very scared. The police visit lasted almost an hour. It turned out that the police were called by the hotel staff. We couldn't sleep practically until the morning :/ It was a very uncomfortable situation and night. The next day the hotel staff didn't say a word about it (we were also not apologized for such discomfort).

I liked the staff working in the hotel. Tifani at the front desk was very helpful, smart, polite and knowledgeable.

I didn't like that i have to pay for my breakfast(19-25€/person) and for parking my rented car(25€/day)). Also there was only 1 sheet in the bed instead of 2(1 for the mattres and 1 for the blanket).

Room met my expectations. Small but comfortable bed for one... that's what I asked for, that's what I got. I did not eat the breakfast, but was very pleased that there was coffee in the lobby for the guests.

They should rethink their check out policy. Though I paid in full upon my arrival (with no other incidentals), I had to wait in line to give them my key to check me out.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. It was adorable how the cleaning staff put our friend's mascot on the side of the pillow with care. The staff at the front desk was also helpful and friendly.

The only thing I can think of is that the area around the hotel was a bit noisy and dirty. The hotel itself was excellent. To make it perfect, maybe I would have liked to have a fridge in the room. But that's it.

My first vitsit to this hotel was in 1990. The personnel is very professional, warm and höflich, among the best I have come across during 30 years of travelling. We had breakfast on the hotel one morning. My travel companion has celiac disease. We got glutenfree bread by preorder, and it was excellent.

Reading the signs for the spreads was too confusing for my companion, as there can’t be even the smallest bit of gluten anywhere, so we made other arrangements after one breakfast. 24 EUR per person for breakfast is a bit much.

The Hotel is a 5 min walk from the train station. I walked there alone at 6am and 10pm and felt comfortable and safe. The room furniture was dated but the room was clean and quite spacious. Breakfast (12 Euros) was excellent.

Hotel guests smoking directly in front of the entrence. Staff member did not know how to get to the airport with public transportation. Of course I was able to find out at the train station. But is is only a 15 min train ride for 3.10 Euros and trains run every 20 minutes.

The view of the room was amazing. Right on top of Stresemannplatz. The room was spacious enough and I could park my car in their garage for a reasonable price.
