Beautiful rooms in a town centre. Close to everything. Tram number 8 just a few hundred meters away takes you straight to the beach Jelitkowo. Rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Loved the bathroom! Members of Staff are so helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Beds are very comfy and the hotel very clean. There is a water machine on each floor with still and sparkling water available 24/7. We had a balcony in our room and it was such a great thing to have your coffee in the morning on a balcony. Generally the whole stay was a fantastic experience. We loved every minute of it!

Very confortable room, with sofa/seating area and balcony, modern bathroom. AC working well. Excellent breakfast. Small but sufficient gym. Swimming pool was not too busy at 9am (seems to be very busy the rest of the day). Even though there are many families with children in the hotel, the common areas were quiet, including the breakfast area. Location of the hotel is perfect (2 minutes from tram station, 5 minutes walking from old downtown).
The queue to have breakfast is real, as described in other comments and clearly mentioned by the hotel. However, waiting time was usually not too long. Constant noise that seemed to come from the roof (our room was at the 6th floor); not loud, but may disturb people who are sensitive to noise. A detail: no safe deposit in the room.

City hotel at an excellent level. Breakfast was very tasty and the room provided complete peace for sleeping. The price also includes access to the pool..it's for an hour a day but it's more than enough for relaxation. The staff is absolutely perfect and even with the hotel being fully occupied during my visit, they handled everything very professionally. I took advantage of the possibility of parking in the underground garage for a very reasonable price, considering the hotel's location in the center. I must also mention lunch...we only had breakfast paid for and once we decided to try lunch...it was really excellent! I highly recommend it for exploring Gdansk and the surrounding area for a few days. I would always love to come back here.
Nothing to complain...

Central location, close to tram and bus stops hence providing great connection to public transports. Possibility of walking along the motlawa river. With central location, there are a lot of great restaurants, cafes and other shops in the vicinity. Hotel takes great initiative in environment protection and the charafe in the room and the water dispenser near the elevator helped us save lot of money on water and not to buy plastic bottles. The amenities in the room such as a well spaced wardrobe and the couch was definitely a plus. The balcony was beautiful and perfect for early morning coffee or evening drink/coffee relaxation. Reception staff was kind and helpful.
The access to pool and fitness zone was a little inconvenient provided there are located in the next building and the access is granted only via prior appointment with only 60 min time slot for a day. This causes inconvenience since if you are out and exploring the town and have an appointment already made for the pool, you need to always keep track of it and be then time constrained. The bathroom looked modern, but there was unfortunately some mould in between the floor and wall tiles. Also the water pressure could be better. We are disappointed with the house keeping approach. Even the door sign was placed to do the house keeping when we left the hotel at 8 in the morning, it was not done when we were back in the hotel at around 15:45. Maybe these could be improved in the future.

Nice hotel, comfy and clean, not much noice. Good enough breakfast although a bit reduced options. Spa was clean, small but it does the job. Walking distance to the city centre, I’ll say 10-15 minutes but I’m a slow walker. Comfy bed, bedroom and bathroom size pretty good, elevator available, bar and restaurant available in the hotel.
I felt a bit limited on breakfast options, mainly eggs and pancakes which is nice for a weekend but we were there a week, then is not so fun eating the same everyday. The spa is free only for one hour, it feels extremely short time, and it’s small, even though I enjoyed it, I think it’s much better paying the entrance to another proper spa. Location isn’t bad but it isn’t great either. I would have prefer something closer to the city center, but I’m a city person and love exploring around so I felt a bit limited when I had to also count another 15 minutes walk to the hotel. But still not bad.

The location of the hotel is perfect - a couple minutes walk to the old town, plus there is a small spar like shop just round the corner with some great wee restaurants (would recommend mama Indii 👌) We paid a great price for 4 nights. The room/hotel was spacious and clean. The swimming pool & spa was lovely, also clean and well maintained - this does need booked but we didn't have any issues booking on the day. We didn't have much contact with staff but the little contact we did have with them they were very helpful & spoke great English
The beds weren't comfortable to our taste - Pillows too soft & bed too hard (but that's personal preference) The air con was very noisy and would waken us a few times a night. Breakfast was very expensive with very little options & definitely not worth it. Our tv was unusable - we weren't able to screen share and the "standard tv" wouldn't allow us to change the channel so we had 1 Polish channel to watch & that was our only option, this wasn't a massive issue for us as we didn't spend a lot of time in our room however if this is important to you it's worth noting

We had a pleasant stay at hotel Number One. A very nice hotel close to everything in town. The spa was relaxing and we enjoyed our time there. It was a top stay with a super practical location!
Be sure to check when you go for breakfast as the waiting time can be long. Other than that, though, a very nice hotel close to everything in town. It is also important to reserve your parking space early, as those nearby are often full. The spa was relaxing and we enjoyed our time there. The only catch though is that you have to book a one-hour time slot for the pool.

Location - convenient, short walking distance to the center, good to reach by car. Parking spaces OK, inside or street parking; Hotel - modern; Room - spacious, 2 rooms, enough electrical plugs, quiet, air-co, good sleep quality; Bathroom - rather small, but clean and shower was working well; Breakfast - good choice, solid coffee. It can be quite busy at times, so be aware;
Wi-Fi - bit cumbersome, with need to sign-in multiple times during the stay; The hotel was quite crowded during our stay, many children around so it can be a bit noisy;

I had an amazing weekend stay at Grano Hotel Number One in Gdańsk! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel is modern, stylish, and in a great location—perfect for exploring the city. The spa was absolutely wonderful—clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The sauna and pool area were a real highlight! My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything pristine. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gdańsk!
Had a fantastic stay at Grano Hotel Number One! Loved the clean, comfortable room and the relaxing spa. Everything was perfect—except the price, which was a bit high. Still, highly recommended!

Located about 5 minutes walk from olt town square and shops/restaurants. Staff were great and kindly put me in one room for the whole stay despite 2 bookings (airline changed our flights). The room was very clean and cleaned when requested, the room itself was very big ! The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great, loads of food so that myself, my partner and my little were all able to find something we like. We really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to enquire about the children play room and board games when travelling with little ones. The hotel is also pet friendly.
This is being really nit picky... The shower temperature was really hard to set one little move or nudge either way and you'd have really hot or really cold water. Wish we were informed of the child room and board games etc prior to our stay. The tv, none of the channels lined up with what the programme said and the choice of channels was poor so we ended up casting from the phone onto tv for the duration of the stay. A fridge would've been a great addition to the room as we were travelling with a baby so had baby milk with us, we stored it outside due to it being cold but in the summer this may be a problem. The breakfast was quite expensive too but definitely worth it.
