Everything was amazing, the price-quality ratio is exceptional. The staff members were extremely kind and helpful all the time. The room was beautiful and clean, it had comfortable beds, a working heating system, and a TV. The breakfast also didn't disappoint. I was with my friend, and we like to eat a lot of food, we were both very happy to go to the hotel's restaurant every morning. :)

The location wasn't the best, but it's extremely easy and quick to travel in Berlin by using public transport.

Me and my brother stayed in this hotel for three nights during Lollapalooza festival. Location was very good as it was only couple of train stops aways from Olympicstadion. We didn't have time to visit Berlin city center, but it wouldn't have been hard to travel there as this hotel is walking distance from Charlottenburg train stop. We used S-bahn for traveling. You can easily travel from airport to Charlottenburg stop by S9 train. It is an hour ride, but it was nice to see Berlin through train window. Check-in was easy and staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. We also had hotel breakfast, which for us was okay - there is many drink options, different cereal, sandwich material, warm food and some sweets. The bread selection was very good in my opinion. Room was small, but very cozy. It definately had some spots here and there that could need some refreshment, but we didn't mind. Our room was on the second floor facing parking lot and I would say that it was rather quiet.

Only thing that we didn't really like was the fact that there was no door or shower curtain for shower and therefore the whole bathroom got very wet from the shower. Also you only could use bathroom ventilator together with light - they had same switch. I don't know if it was only our bathroom, but also the sink drained very slowly, so you had to make sure that you didn't overflow it. And last thing to point out, there is no ventilation/climate control in the room, so we just opened our window.

Great location, nice staff, comfortable room with a comfy armchair and a good desk/working space. It was easy to connect the TV to my phone, which is always a plus. Breakfast was pretty great.

1. The shower was half broken. The rainshower wasn't working and the shower head couldn't be fixed at a height. 2. Two twin bed mattresses together, which is not very comfortable. Also, tiny twin blankets. 3. I was told I could check in early but when I came they said I should have reserved 24h in advance, so I had to wait in the lobby, which was okay.

Oats and raisins for breakfast! The rest was good too, but just matching the price. View over courtyard. Free drinks in the lounge were welcoming.

i fell out of the bed: I think it sloped very slightly. The ad said toiletries: I would have liked hard soap rather than the liquid provided, and a face cloth. One's own are not easy to pack wet. If they tend to get stolen, just provide those thin ones one used to get on flights. The checking in was not smooth as it proved difficult to find my reservation.

Clean bedrooms, good location. We chose the hotel because we needed a safe space to park the car, but they only had 3 or 4 spots that were taken during our whole stay, so we ended up parking for free in the streets.

Everything was fine, but we asked for a double bed, and got two beds put together that separated into a hole during the night which is inconvenient but not the end of the world. All in all, great value for it's price.

The rooms have recently been refurbished in a simple style. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is located just off the Kufurstendamm close to the U-Bahn. A good selection for the continental breakfast.

The breakfast room is a little small and some guests had to wait for a free table.

I really like this hotels breakfast, also staff is friendly and helpful. Ideal hotel for work travels, peaceful environment and relaxing atmosphere in the room. Good transport connections from the city center and the airport.

Since it originally was most definitely a blockhouse with bigger flats which they just divided the sound isolation isn't too good. For our room we had a deadenddoor which led to our neighbors bath. When they used the bath it was very audible. (And I guess vice versa as well)

Location is good, 10 min from S-bahn. Good places to have breakfast or lunch right nearby the hotel. The staff was reachable 24/7. Pleasant design of the room. The room was clean, everything was comfortable, and just what you need to stay for 3-5 nights.

I could hear my neighbors when they were loud. When I took a shower there was water on the floor afterward for some reason. It seems there is a leak, but not critical.

Everything was very clean and bed was made every day by room service. Location was amazing with a lot of places to eat or drink, also metro station 5 minutes from property. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, talking in English. Highly recommend.
