The host was so welcoming, made us feel like we home.. The place is peaceful and the rooms are super clean. The place exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was served on time and was very delicious. The pool was clean, the staff is just amazing, anything you need they'll provide. The pool table is free to use

I loved everything about the palm view guest house, highly recommended

After doing business in central Pretoria all day, coming back to this awesome place was really a blessing! The owners and the main host who is always willing to help were so welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The facilities are always open to guests and they were all clean and relaxing. We were moved to a better room at no costs for personal reasons. The hosts are amazing and it felt like home. It is 100% value for money. You have the option to purchase breakfast and it was so delicious, I thought that they should open a restaurant there permanently haha! I enjoyed staying there so much and it felt like a home away from home. Thank you to the hosts and all the helpers 💕💕💕

This is supposed to be a positive criticism 😊. I wasn't pleased with the garden when we first arrived, it's so beautiful but seems like it's not taken care of,it is only kept clean. . The lawn looks dry like it's winter but it's not that bad. If they could maintain the garden, it's gonna be a bonus because that place is so so amazing 💯.. 👏 I will definitely go again...

I love how peaceful it was. The view was amazing. The staff is so friendly. I felt fully welcomed. The breakfast Palm View Special was the best. The money was worth the stay.

I was all alone at night and I was a little bit scared because I wanted to sit outside and watch the view but I saw a frog. I am scared of frogs😂

To stay at the Palm View Guest House owned/ organized by Alletta and her pleasant family was a mere pleasure from the very first contact up to the departure - even further, as the contact is still maintained and I am definitely going to stay there again when I will visit Pretoria next time. I can only highly recommend the accomodation, since it is such a beautiful, calm and safe place with the most wonderful view you could get. The main building, its reception, breakfast area, living/dining area with a pool table, a wonderful winter-garden incl a big-sized table and a charming fireplace couldn`t give you a feeling more comfortable. The rooms are huge, provide a really high standard related to the common standard of the country zone and offer anything for the all-day living, which is of special importance for longer stays. Each of the rooms has its own bathroom with a big-sized, warm shower, a kitchen with a dining table, fridge, microwave, and waterboiler. The dorming room provides a comfortable king-sized bed and a huge wardrobe to store everything in. The garden, which can be used commonly by all of the guests is simply beautiful, very well-groomed, green, with lots of palms (as the name of the Guest House suggests) a pool area, which gives you the most precious wide view all over the Pretorian area. It has many nice places to sit or lie down to enjoy yourself within this enclosed paradise. The closer area around the house is particularly calm and safe compared to the wider area, since it is located on a hill, in a dead-end road and the whole property is safely fenced. These facts alone make you feel really comfortable and "at home" at this beautiful spot. To add even to this, the solicitude and openness of the Guest House owner made my stay really outstanding and exceeded everything I could have expected before.

The place was so neat and clean. The rooms are spacious. The braai area was great and Alleta is a sweet welcoming host. I’d definitely come back. I also loved the view.

The pool was too deep. But nonetheless, my friends and I really enjoyed being there and swimming in the DEEP pool

Awesome place. The hidden jewel of Pretoria. It's very reasonable for what you get. I can almost call it a bargain. The place to stay if you go to Pretoria. Very clean,all the facilities you need. Awesome view.
