Perfect location. 2BR units are great for families

It was under constructions and the pool area was not great to be. We could hear the noise from the rooms. There was a planned power break for a full day The minimum was to inform us earlier while we booked the place

We stayed at Crystal Bay Yacht Club twice during our month trip as we loved the location right on the beautiful crystal beach 🏝️ First time we had a standard bungalow near the pool and the second time we stayed in a hillside bungalow- both were comfortable and modern with a large tv and good standard bathroom. The resort restaurant is right on the beach and offers a large menu with vegan and gluten free options and the staff were helpful altering meals for me! Pretty tasty food and was a great option for chilled dinner at the room when we had a chilled night 👌 There are 5 cabanes for customer use along the beach front which were a great addition and we used a lot! Would recommend visiting the Lamai night market ( we went Fridays but I think it’s on most nights) which has amazing food stalls (including a vegan Thai street food stand!), shops and live music. Would stay again! Thank you 🙏

Location of the beachfront villa to the beach. The size of the villa was great, the included breakfast options were good.

Beach very Crowded during the day and beach goers helping themselves to utilising the washing facilities at our villa to rinse sand from themselves and belongings. Lack of self awareness of these beach goers also when changing into and out of swimwear right in front of our villa, we saw far more than what was necessary too often.

Lovely resort on a small beach sure by huge boulders. It was lovely first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening when the day trippers went home. The fire show was pretty cool.

The beach had a lot of day trippers and was very crowded for the size of the beach. We had a beachfront cabin and we hated that beach goers and their families came on to our terrace to change and wash their children/ feet/masks. It felt quite invasive- maybe a small barrier might be nice.

The location and resort is amazing. The beachfront location is beautiful. Rooms are a bit dated, however our villa was huge and great value for money for my 2 teenage daughters and myself for the 5 nights we stayed. The resort is quiet and the pool area and restaurant are very relaxing. The resort is set back from the main road, so noise is not an issue, however very easy to catch transport at the end of the driveway to take you out for the day. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The shower heads in our room were not positioned correctly, so you had to hold the shower head to wash yourself correctly. No air-conditioning in front room of villa, so would get very warm in that room when you first walk in. Air conditioners in bedroom worked well.

The beach was amazing, one of the best on the islands. Location was ok had to get a taxi to Lami fishermans and chewang. Snorkeling was great too and the fire dancing twice a week was good.

Very quiet, not much to do past 8pm

The location is great! The beach is a little crowded but it is one of the most beautiful beaches on Koh Samui. The pool is insane with a view of the beach and the jungle. The food at the pool is also good but quite expensive. 2 times a week there is a fire show which is nice. I recommend renting a scooter. It is very easy to go around the island with a scooter and it takes 15 minutes to go to Koh Samui mall and 5 minutes to Lamai beach and Chaweng beach. For restaurants i recommend going to Silver Spoon for a cheap pasta and Big Bear Steak for a very cheap thai meal (only 100-200 baht per person for a lot of food). Nahm restaurant is a bit more expensive but very good!

It is a busy place so if you don’t like that then i wouldn’t recommend this place, but it also depends on the season you go. We visited in april. It took us some time to figure out the AC but it did work very well when we left it on the highest fan. There were some bugs in the bathroom but we put a cup over the draining and never saw any again. You are in nature so it is common to see bugs.

A beautiful spot. We had 2 bungalows...one beachfront and one seaview for our sons. Great for watching the sun rise if you're an early bird! There is a really relaxed vibe about this resort, its not got the polished high end finish but we were after something more comfortable, relaxed and traditional. This delivered on all aspects and more. We had a friendly greeting every morning for breakfast (great breakfast) and when dining in the evening....the staff were really attentive and efficient. We walked to Lamai a couple of times, but good local restaurants a few minutes walk from hotel offer really reasonably priced alternative to the hotel restaurants. The taxi service from the hotel entrance is reliable and cheap ( and really friendly drivers) so could get to chaweng, fishermans village, airport or any where with ease. Housekeeping was great, with refreshing / replenishing towels, bedding and water daily. This place oozes rustic and friendly charm and we would definitely visit again.

The bungalow was a little tired in sense that a few tiles felt loose under foot in the bedroom and blinds had seen better days , however didn't take away anything functionally and more of an observation than a complaint. The apartment was extremely clean, large and well equipped. Our air conditioning did stop working half way through our 10 day stay but after notifying reception they offered us an alternative room or repair. We didn't want to move and it was fixed the same day, so there was not an issue.

Loved the gardens with cats, fish and resident monitor lizard, the quiet atmosphere, the big pool, sea/beach on our doorstep, fire show, and our big room which was nice and clean. There's not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity but some of the local restaurants on the main road are nice (and cheap! - like Silver Spoon - fantastic)... though food at the resort was okay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Some nights there were loud neighbours drinking, singing and laughing until 1am (even after I'd politely asked them to stop around midnight). Perhaps the property's security could check on things like this? The beach wasn't always clean... we had strong winds so a lot of rubbish and weed coming onto shore (hotel occasionally cleaned it up). Breakfasts (a la carte) were good but not much variety.

This is a prime location. One of the best beaches we went to in all of koh samui. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We rented scooters through the hotel and this made it easy to get around the island. Breakfast is good and more than enough. A good selection to please most people. The pool is great. It was way better to stay down at Lamai than on the more crowded parts of the island.

Restaurant was expensive compared to the cheaper options available in town. However it compared to other restaurants of its type on the island.
