Accommodation in the city center, right next to the bus station where airport buses arrive and island buses depart — very convenient. The self check-in was super helpful, as we had a late flight and arrived around 10 PM. The room was spacious and clean, and we received a complimentary upgrade. There was a fridge with water, and the air conditioning was on in the room — a very welcome touch after a hot day of travel. There’s a restaurant right below the apartment, with shops and cafés nearby. The city center and the seafront are just a 15-minute walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Another big plus was the full blackout curtains — no light came through even during the day, which was perfect for sleeping. Also, the option to leave luggage in the storage room free of charge was very convenient.

Fantastic location, a few minutes' walk from the centre, five minutes from the bus stop to the airport. Peaceful area. Just around the corner, a great choice of places to eat. The room was clean, comfortable, and practically furnished. It's not too big, but for one person, it's okay, but with two for a longer stay, it can be a bit cramped. Coffee, tea, and water are great additions (the only thing missing for me was a teaspoon; there are stir sticks). Bathroom okay. Convenient check-in and check-out. I had a problem with my card at check-in, and the staff helped me in no time. Great contact with the staff by phone and via WhatsApp. Luggage storage is excellent. I would be happy to stay there again.

Immaculately clean, compact and comfortable rooms, really conveniently located for both the city sights and transport hub. Staff we met both in person and online were really friendly and helpful. Communication was great, and they made the rooms ready early for us which was brilliant, although they also have secure luggage lockers available too so you can use them if you arrive early/leave late. Bottles of water in the fridge as well. A brilliant budget option for the city.

Self check in extra details is a bit tedious - be good to do that in advance and then just scan the passport and pay the tourist tax. But that is a really minor niggle!

Not entirely property's fault, but it was very noisy. Thin walls and staying on the first floor just on top of some bar/restaurant was probably not the very best idea for light sleepers. Also, we could have appreciated more cleaning service, especially the bathroom. Anyway, it did not ruin our stay in any way.

Nice modern hotel room in a cool renovated art deco building. The bathroom is really nice, and the shower has amazing water pressure. Beds very big and comfy! It was warm when we stayed, so it was great that the room has airco. Heard no noise from the street, or from the others room which was great. Easy to check in, and get the room key. Centrally located near restaurants, and a park near by too.

My only annoyance is that at check-in you need to enter all the guests home addresses, which is cumbersome if you all live at the same address. But otherwise, no issues!

Amazing location, very clean and super helpful costumer service. The check in machine decided to give our keys to someone else, however the costumer service lady was super fast and helpful to resolve the issue. Within appr. 1 hour our room was prepared. The property has luggage storage and even shower facilities after the check out. The place is appr. 15 min walk from the cathedral, plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Airport and cruise port appr. 30 min away with public transport.

The selfcheck-in was very easy and we received all the important information before we arrived. Check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 11am. We asked if the check-in could be before 3pm and they then prioritized our room to clean, so that we could move in faster. While we had to wait we could place our luggage in the lockers that the hostel provides and use the bathroom and shower. The rooms are really pretty and clean and have everything you need. The communication via Whatsapp was perfect and they replied at all times very fast and were very helpful. Our flight got cancelled and because we didn't have a room anymore to stay in we asked them if there is any possibility that a room is still available, they then proceeded to check for us if somewhere in the other hostels there are rooms available. So overall we would absolutely recommend the Hostel Regina and if we are coming back to Palma we will for sure book again here!

Communication before and during my stay was excellent. I arrived early and my room was prioritised for cleaning so I got to check in earlier than expected which was great. Self check-in was a breeze due to very clear instructions. Only a 5 minute walk from the main bus station which was so handy. Luggage storage available before and after stay which was much appreciated. Overall, it is such a convenient property and located in a nice, central, safe area which is of utmost importance as a solo female traveller. The room is quite basic but the design is much nicer than I expected! A/C worked very well. Really clean. Nice to have a full length mirror. Having a bottle of water in the fridge is a lovely touch. Comfortable bed. Excellent, powerful shower.

It was great to have such a nice, big fridge in the room but it can get noisy sometimes and woke me during the night so I had to plug it out. Only a small issue but it would be great to have a bin in the room, not just a bathroom bin. It feels strange putting empty bottles/food packaging into a bathroom bin. The rooms themselves seem to be soundproof but you can hear noise very clearly from passers-by in the corridors. TV had no English channels and wasn’t enabled to link to your phone.

Great location - ideal for exploring the city. Great staff/contact/communication. Made great recommendations and remained in close contact. The property was just as described. Very easy check in. Clean and comfortable room. Suited all our needs! Very pleased and we would return.

Not much! Only that we had to come home so soon! Perhaps the tea and coffee options could have been better - milk etc. Being from the UK - big tea drinkers. However the fridge was a really good asset to the room. Which may have outweighed it. So close to shops/restaurants/cafes/market that all needs were met.
