Fantastic immaculately clean newly renovated room with a comfy bed and pillows. The receptionist was friendly, efficient and informative about what I should see and where to go for meals. Ideally situated for restaurants, shops and the beach.

Coffee making facilities would have been nice but this is a budget motel. The cabins are wooden and the walls are thin without too much sound insulation, having said that I would stay here again.

It would have been nice if there was a manual in the room as to how to operate the TV period when we got there, the TV wasn't even working, tendon had to come in from the office and took him 3 × to find the right remote control for the television.

I wasn't happy with the water level in the toilet. Because as soon as I sat down to use the toilet my scrotum went into the water. I had to sit at a tilt to us the toilet. Not happy about that.

was nervous at first until got to see the place it was so nice. it seemed just got remodeled. no carpet is big plus to keep the room for the guests and easy for guest to clean up after. The sink is large and nice. Has coffee maker, microwave and the fridge. just no drinking water but provided plastic& paper cups. no hanging closet but has the dresser. 2 seatings with a table for eating and writing which I really like. but only 2 plug in outlets. The front desk gentleman was kind and really helpful. The internet Wi-Fi is stable. Overall I m very happy with the stay. Thank you for keeping this place decent and affordable we need more like this. So us who work so hard can enjoy good time off.

Really liked the location. It is right in the middle of Newport, walking distance to alot of stores and restaurants.

No air conditioning or any way to circulate air. The room seemed stuffy. The pillows were thin.

Not enough towels. Step into bathroom was broken and we had to leave the bathroom light on so we would not trip over it.

They REALLY went out of the way to accommodate me. I was sick and they did my laundry for me. Even gave me what was left on my week plan when I had to leave early

Internet was slow

Breakfast at Newport cafe was nostalgic and super on multiple levels Let’s make a stand!!! We don’t want the remainder of Oregon (outside Portland tried county) California sized protect locally owned business!!!!!

The front desk was so friendly and helpful.

The shower curtain was awful. That was it for the bad stuff. I nearly fell out of the tub to get away from it.

Comfortable, and good location

The refrigerator was defrosting, and the floor was wet right in front of the table.

The bed was so comfortable and so was the room.

No washcloths despite asking maid service. No decaf coffee.
