Location, clean, well equipped kitchen, AC, nice view for the two bed room flats.

Master bedroom no hanged shower , only banyo, you have to hold the shower tap in your hand, difficult to wash your hair. Pillow are old, not comfortable, not suitable for 5 star hotel. The 2nd master room small, has no AC, only small fan. Certainly some bathroom ( main master room need shower), and need to change the pillows & Ac in all rooms.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is in tip top shape, pristine design, visibly clean luxurious not just in the name but down to every piece of decor. I felt like a queen in her suite so spacious and well thought out and the fact that everything was self service was a shock. Getting in and through the apartment was a breeze. As a solo traveler I felt safe and I had plenty of space for my luggage, and my larger items without feeling too crowded. If you cook, they have all the amenities pots, pans, a beautiful fridge, coffee maker. It’s like I didn’t wanna go out and explore because I wanted to soak in every last inch of the apartment. Apple TV was a nice touch so I could watch my Netflix in English and stream from my phone.

This is just me nit picking, but for a tall girly like myself the shower proved problematic as there ended up being a lot of splash back over the tub wetting the bathroom floor. So I had to use towels to mop up water. So maybe a shower liner, or more rags to step on.

Comfortable and spacious. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Centrally located and close to everything. The sauna was very nice. Communication with host was great!

The tub was a bit cumbersome. Would have been nice to be able to take a shower. Not the end of the world but just a preference.

When we forgot one of the keys in the door Had to wait 2 hours to get the key-locker Although it took him couple of a minute to open it We have been told it will cost 50 euro then it was doubled to 100 euro when he arrived. We were tired of waiting with the children & the cost was exaggerated

Amazing apartment right across from the Mill Colonnade! So much more than we expected. We were on the first floor with the spa just outside our door. Two balconies - one off the bedroom and one off the dining room. Very quiet at night Very comfortable bed. Walkable to everything there is to see in Karlovy Vary. Apartment was decorated beautifully.

Top location, nice decoration. Clean. Really a nice place.

No possibilities to buy bread or croissants in the whole old town. There is a coffee shop downstairs but they could not sell any bread and do not know what a croissant is…. So you need to go to a hotel for breakfast, not great when you book an appt. One staff member could only speak russian, so not ideal for european travellers, but at arrival we could speak English.

It was even more beautiful than the photos. Just exquisite. We wish we could have stayed longer.

A shower would have been better and more handicap friendly than the bath.

Location of apartment was amazing , right in the middle of the town View from apartment every thing you could want Lovely afternoon sun on balconies, yes two balconies looking straight down the promenade No outside noise to be heard , apartment well insulated

Pillows are old, smelly, not comfortable, need to be changed. Some Kitchen utensils need to renew. Add air fryer for healthy cooking.
