The location is great being close to many restaurants and shopping locations. The staff were amazing and so kind. Check in and out was a breeze. We were on a tight budget for this trip and the price met our budget. Therefore you get what you pay for.

It was hard to find at first, since you have to cut through another business parking lot to get to. Not a huge issue but a notice of that would have been nice to know for travelers who have been on the road for long periods of time. Vending and ice machines did not work however there are snacks and drinks set up downstairs. Breakfast wasn’t great. Highly recommend making other accommodations if you want good food and coffee to start your day.

The location was good with 3 quality restaurants in walking distance. Not an easy walk due to lack of walkways in places, but walkable. Exterior lighting was not great. There is an outdoor walking track around a pond behind the hotel with birds/ducks for birders. The location is near a State Forest! Good shopping nearby.

The light indoors was rather strange and cast the hallway and room in a spooky light. I turned on more lights than usual to be able to see well. Room was good and clean. The bathroom had a weird tub design that begs for a redesign toward a walk-in shower, but was clean. The breakfast did not provide much for a gluten-free diet, would have been better with the addition of plain unflavored yogurt.

Comfort inn, 2-night stay Room is clean, AC is robust (high temp of 104-108). Refrigerator works well, Microwave does its duty. Little coffee brewer provides a hot cuppa Joe in a jiffy. Bed is firm with a pillow like top layer. Lighting options are adequate. 110v and USB outlets are located at a desk (generously sized work area) plus both sides of the bed’s head post. WiFi is free and everywhere on campus. The bathroom is a tub and shower combo (watch your step) and sink-vanity are spacious and in good repair. Breakfast is posted as 0600-0900. Standard egg and sausage, waffles, cereal, juices, toast, plus a lot more snack items. Certainly, enough food to launch your day. Nothing amiss about the facilities or the amenities. Staff are super helpful. As a personal aside; when traveling, I miss telling my ‘smart speaker’ to turn on/off lights... . =Peace=

No deficiencies for a facility of this class.

Customer service was outstanding

Older building, could use some repair. But nothing that can’t be fixed. Changed rooms due to TV not working properly. The new room bathroom door stuck and couldn’t be closed properly. Again, not to gripe, but want people to know that the manager and staff provided outstanding customer service.

Easy access. Clean and fabulous staff. We enjoyed our view of the pond and turtles too!

My sons and their friends went to celebrate my son's birthday. They said the pool was extremely small. I showed them a pic of the pool from your website, and they said that wasn't the pool at the hotel. Wondering if you had another they didn't see? If not, I would suggest taking down that pic. Quite a disappointment.

I Loved everything from the sweet hospitality, to the room, the cleanliness, the amenities, complimentary morning breakfast, the Starbucks a few doors down. I mean it’s perfect, and so was the staff, just amazing…

Friendly staff, comfy beds, nice vinyl flooring, plug to charge iPhone, very clean - Had a microwave.

Older building with broken stuff in the room -pullover lock completely broken, towel hook on back of bathroom door broken off.

The staff was great. The room was nice.

Minor thing: The lighting in the room used those cold, really harsh LED bulbs, vs the nice warm bulbs. Also, the toilet was loose on the floor, and they mentioned that they will get it repaired. Major thing: Leaving the property, onto the I-45 feeder road was next to impossible. Traffic was constantly traveling at highways speeds, occupying all 3 lanes.

We stayed two nights here. the breakfast was pretty good. There was a good variety to choose from. The room and hotel were clean. The hot tub in our room was great, plenty of hot water to fill it. I loved how we were able to climb in and relax while watching a movie. The bed was comfortable as well. The location was spot on with the plans we had in The Woodlands with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The only thing that was a little off was that the gentleman who checked us in was a little short with us. He wasn't welcoming at all. The good thing was that we had no issues so we didn't have to converse with him again.
