The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was large as well and clean and had warm/hot water. The staff were friendly and spoke english well enough. I ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was really tasty. For the price, it was great. It's especially a great property if you need to be near the airport as they offer a free airport shuttle currently. It took about 15 minutes in the early morning to get from the property to the airport. Depending on traffic, that could change.

Location is very good. Nearby the Almaty Airport. Service very good and very friendly! At the reception they speek English. Airport shuttle available for free, well organized! City centre is nearby with taxi. Rooms are clean and spacious, minibar with everething you need, good airconditioning and super good bed!

Spent only one night there, but the place seems classy; has courteous and helpful staff. Semi-close to the airport. My plane landed at night I didn’t want to ride far during the night and the hotels closest to the airport have very suspicious rates/reviews.

I reserved a non-smoking room and it surely was, but sometimes you can smell cigarette smoke in the halls, not sure if coming from the same floor or a different floor - this could be a concern for some, but with both types of rooms in the hotel it is kinda expected.

Free Airport drop off on time. Room is spacious. Comfy bed. Stayed only for few hours before going to airport.

Failed to call me for wake up. Lack of courtesy of front office staff. A guest expect welcome gesture from the host. Difficult to communicate with restaurant staff since they can not speak and understand English language. Not much dish for Vegetarian guest. Seems to be bit far from the main city area.

The hotel exceeding my expectations: clean, quiet, comfortable room; free shuttle from and to the airport; very nice breakfast buffet; and above all, a very attentive and helpful staff.

The only downside is the distance to the city center, which requires a taxi ride that runs 1,000 to 2,000 tenge, depending on the traffic. That said, I would happily stay at this hotel again.
