Lovely family ran hotel located right behind the St Mary church and about 5min walking distance from the railway station. The room was clean and spacious with additional supplements such as juice prepared on the table and fresh milk in the downstairs lobby. The young lady received us was lovely and I really appreciated the fact that she slowly went through every detail from where to turn in the building, to breakfast options and time. The lodging offers a comprehensive options of items for breakfast, ranging from a full English to a simple ham croissant, and they even offer a takeout option as well for those who wants to set out early and wants to have a bite on the go. The location of the property is superb, sitting right behind the St Mary church which is very picturesque when weather is good or at dusk. There's also a Londi's right by the corner which makes it very convenient to grab some supplies before or after the hikes. Turning left from the property is the beginning point to Llyn Elsi lake, about 1km steep hill upwards then about 15min walk through a logging area and you'll reach this beautiful and tranquil lake, there's trail around the lake for those who want to appreciate it's full beauty. There's also plenty of other attractions nearby such as the swallow falls.

This place is very central in the village and it's very easy to walk to all restaurants and bars. Breakfast was delicious and the little touches are great. The fresh milk idea is genius!! Great shower in our room at the top (5).
Parking! It says there is parking at the back off the property and yes there is but the gravel road to it is not good. No one parked in the car park, they just used the road at the front which I imagine in the height of season would be difficult to get a space. Would I stay here again - absolutely and if the parking could get sorted it will be a 5star place to stay.

The location of Coed Y Fron couldn't have been any better, it is located behind the main road and is central to all amenities and walks. I was pleasantly surprised by the cosy room and the extras of juice and water added a lovely welcoming touch. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The breakfast next day was excellent quality produce used and perfectly cooked, the host was very attentive making sure I had enough soya milk without being overbearing, The only niggle I could find was the bathroom was very small and the toilet was very close to the wall so be careful when getting off loo otherwise you could bash your head on the shower wall :-)
Nothing I could say I didn't really like but in my room I would have like blinds or some type of window covering. When the curtains were drawn back it was very exposing although the view was of rooftops, backs of houses and a few windows. There is a great view of the forest

Everything from the start we met amelia, who introduced herself and was polite and very respectable. told us our room number 2 it was not as small as we thought it was just right.spotless Breakfast was superb, and you had lots of choices. Bed comfortable. Room lovely and warm. Liked that you could take fresh milk to your room for coffee and tea. Lots of information about the surrounding area. Only a minute away from pubs and restaurants. Perfect location. Would go back again .
Nothing we stayed from last Friday till Monday and I wished we could have stayed longer

Lovely welcomes , very quiet location although close to restaurants etc , lovely views . Very comfortable, clean smart rooms with comfy beds and all facilities clean and working well . Very good food and good choice for breakfast - helpful and friendly staff . Exceptional location - quiet but close to routes to the mountains and rivers of the area plus in walking distance of the small town which is Bettws Y Coed .with footpaths in reach .Breakfasts were well cooked and presented with plenty of variety and good quantities . We felt very well looked after .
There isn't anything I can put here .

Absolutely loved this B&B. Great location, just off the high street with parking on site and plenty of free parking close by. I was provided a warm welcome and provided details about how to access the property, use of WiFi and breakfast. My room was clean, modern and spacious, with a really nice en-suite bathroom. The room had a TV/DVD and the property provided a selection of DVDs and books to use whilst staying. The room also had tea and coffee facilities and fresh milk was available downstairs, which comes in nice little bottles. The WiFi worked. There was also an info booklet in my room which provided me details for my stay, along with a selection menu for my breakfast and there was also an option for a pack lunch to take with you should you be going on a hike, climb or walk. I only stayed for one night, but wish I stayed longer and will certainly look to book and stay again when I visit Betws Y Coed.
I would have liked it if check out was closer to 12pm as I stayed Saturday to Sunday and would have ideally like to have relaxed in the morning, however I appreciate 10am is a standard check out so it’s not a deal breaker.

The room was spacious, the bed was enormous and the pillows were comfortable. The shower was great and there was a large heating rail which was necessary given our damp clothing. Breakfast was good too and I particularly liked the little glass of fruit. I appreciated the fresh milk downstairs and the vast DVD collection. It was great to relax to a movie after a long day out on the fells.
There was a faint smell of damp. The black pudding at breakfast wasn't the best, which was a shame because the rest of breakfast was excellent.

We stayed in room 4 and the little touches were lovely, our host goes above and beyond, we fill out a breakfast sheet every evening and select a time we would like to eat and it came out perfect every morning, the selection of food and drink with breakfast was lovely, with our own little butter tray on our table, i requested oat milk and had it on my table every morning without having to ask again!! Our room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable haven’t slept that good in ages! The bathroom was very clean with a lovely shower! Definitely felt like a home from home, will definitely be booking again as the location was amazing. Our host was lovely and welcoming, she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay!! This is our 4th time coming to betws-y-coed in 2 years and this is the best place we’ve came to!! Highly recommend

Very nice B&B at a very nice location, just a couple minutes walk to the town center, with shops and restaurants. The parking is on the road by the B&B, Vicarage Road - we had no problems finding space there. The room was cosy and comfortable and the breakfast options were very nice and filling. If you have a lot of luggage, note that you have to climb quite a few steps, first up from the street and then up to the rooms. The visitor center in town was very helpful. There is a nice hike behind the B&B, to the Llyn Elsi lake - a steepish 1 km, followed by a nice walk around the lake in the hills. The hike to Swallow Falls is also peaceful and beautiful.

Great location, minutes walk into the town where there was shops, restaurants, bars, and unbelievable walks and space. Property was very clean. Great facilities in the rooms and breakfast was delicious plus we were given the option of a cold continental breakfast to take out when up and out early. Nice modern bathroom with great shower.
The property was a little hard to find exactly which building it was as the greenery had grown over the sign some what and the walk up the property path had a lot of weeds. Just from our first approach it could look better but inside the property was very clean, welcoming and very comfortable.
