I spent only one night. I was in transit, for a business trip, I arrive d late and left early I the morning. I liked the position and it was easy to access, close to Mont Blanc tunnel. Staff were very kind and supportive. I have got clear instructions on how to access to the property, late in the evening.

Room was full refurbished except for moquette on the floor. I would suggest to replace it, the room will gain a lot. There is a small private parking close to the property, with extra fee and quite expensive. I paid much less in a parking silos at 3mn walk from the property.

The view from our room was simply stunning! We had a breathtaking panorama of Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi—it was truly mesmerizing. The room was cozy and warm, and the staff was always happy to assist with any requests. Upon our request, they kindly provided us with a kettle, for which we were very grateful, as having access to hot tea at any time of the day or night is especially important to me in winter. ☕❄️ The hotel also offers parking for €17 per day and a pet stay fee of €10 per night.

Everything was good! 😊 However, it would be nice to have more toiletries available. The room only had two small pieces of soap and an all-in-one unisex product in the shower—it wasn’t clear whether it was a gel or shampoo. It would be great to have at least a hair conditioner and maybe a small hand cream as well. 💙

Lovely hotel with newly feel to it in a heart of Charmonix. Few steps to cafe, restaurants and shops. I had stunning view on the mountain. Has Lift once you pass the stairs hurdle of the front porch :) Lovely and helpful staff. Heaters in the room for winter. Spacious room. I had a great time and was comfortable. Kettle was provided when asked. There were 3 free parking spots near hotel, I was lucky to get one. Hotel has its own paid parking spots around it - flat rate pay per night at hotel. I don't remember how much it was, around €15 i think. Good size room, clean, comfy bed. I would stay here again P.S I recomend to tey a mountain roller coaster walking distance from hotel and glacier trip - it was fun

I would have liked to have cutlery and plates in the room. But I guess I could have asked.

The hotel is very well located. In this rainy autumn time, Chamonix and its key places look very picturesque. We lived in a small room with a bunk bed. Despite this, it is very well designed: shelves, sockets, iron and mini ironing board on request. The price during the interseason was quite low. And thanks to the Genius 3 level program, a wonderful breakfast was included, among other things with very good sliced ​​cheeses and meats and freshly baked bread. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given detailed explanations about the advantages of the Mont Blanc multipass, about the weather at the top of the Aiguille du Midi

Great central location! Right near supermarket. Great value for short stays Bathrooms are large in size. Bed super comfy. I stayed here prior to my Haute Route hike and they kindly allowed me to store my luggage. It’s very very close to the Flexi bus drop off and pick up (13min walk). Came back to stay here for 2 extra nights after completing the hike and was given a much bigger room on 2nd floor. Loved that you could open the windows at night to let in fresh air, given there is no air-conditioning (not uncommon for Chamonix) Would stay here again as nearby hotels charged double the price during the time I was there. Great value all round.

Fantastic location in the centre of town Recently renovated to a good standard

Excellent location, right in the middle of town and you can walk everywhere easily. The room was large and so was the bathroom. Everything clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff at reception. Compared to some other options in town, I think this was really good value for the price.

The decoration of the room is not so inspiring, it's just a pretty basic hotel room. But for us, function is more important than form so it was no problem because the room was comfortable anyway. We did not try the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location near everything in town. The rooms are generously sized, very comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff.

The only tough part is finding it by car, down a very narrow alley; at the point where Google Maps says "you've arrived," the hotel is barely visible - - you have to proceed farther down the alley to the front of the hotel. Simple and easy to find on foot.

The hotel has its own car park behind the building, which was great. The hotel is literally right in the centre with only a minutes walk to bars restaurants shops, a supermarket just round the corner and five minutes away from the Mont Blanc cable car and the glacier railway,if your booking on location this is the place, if you want a really smart clean hotel this is your place, friendly helpful staff this is your place.

I defined my search on the website to include parking and booked based on it having parking, after booking I found out the car parking is extra,I was a bit aggrieved but booked and paid for the parking, but in hindsight it was worth every penny, just thought I should say, but please don’t let it put you off as if I return to chamonix this will be my choice of hotel.

Exceptional location, downtown Chamonix, in a quiet little section away from the main street, but right downtown. Our room had a full view of the Mt Blanc and the glacier. Beautiful little terrace, again with a full view of the mountain. Everything has been renovated and looked very clean and new. Great value as well! Florin, the manager at the reception, was the most helpful and friendly person ever. He even took the time to show us several rooms and let us choose which one we liked the most.
