The location is great! It’s near the train station, walking distance to the historical town and shopping. The staff in Sorell Ador were warm, welcoming and helpful. I like it that Ador Sorell is taking steps to go green and reduce waste. Another plus is their breakfast!!…..it has a good and yummy spread! I’d definitely recommend Sorell when in Bern!

The wall sockets were inconveniently positioned below the table level. It would have been better if there were usb/usb-c/electrical points at the bedside table level, and at the desk level too.

Perfect location close to the main train station. It is so close to the Old City and all attractions if you want to explore by foot the area. There are good food options around the hotel. In addition breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice and helpful. This is fully recommended. **It has elevators, The hotel it is easy to find while on the street. it has a supermarket near by and the view from the room was great!

The location is perfect, 2 minutes from train station and 5 minutes from the centre of the city. The breakfast was good, they even have a lactose free milk for cereals. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

The only thing I didn't like, is that the cream for the coffee, that they did provide was with the expiration date. I had two creams and two of them with an expiration date. I would recommend you to check before using.

The location is very good, just 5 minutes away from Bern train station. The breakfast is sufficient, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleaning is done every day and free water is available on every floor. There are fountains you can buy. Additionally, the hotel provides a safety glass water bottle throughout your stay.

Two single beds were pushed together. This is not very comfortable and the bed was making noise with the slightest movement and this was disturbing. When I wanted to pay the city tax in euros, they said they could only accept CHF as cash. :(

Location was perfect. Room was adequate

On check in we were given "2nd drink on house" vouchers. On the first night we had a beer and tonic. The tonic classed as free. Imagine our suprise on the 2nd night when ordering exact same drinks to be told the tonic was not allowed with the voucher. Nowhere on the voucher did it give any restrictions. Consequently we decided not to bother. Really shocking to give a voucher honour it one night and not the next. Had this not happened we would recommend the hotel

The location was superb and very central - just minutes from the train station. The staff on reception were particularly friendly. Really nice touches like being able to borrow flasks and backpacks during your stay.

The air con wasn't very strong (it didn't help that we were staying when it was very very very hot outside!)

The location, staff and breakfast was great. However, the room size was small and very difficult to open our suitcase as there wasn’t much space. The room was very clean and bed extremely comfortable. It was a short walking distance from the station which was very convenient and close to old town too.

As mentioned there wasn’t enough space in the room to open a suitcase.

The staff was amazing, extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Our room had problems with the TV remote control and all was done to try to solve our needs. Their proactiveness was great! The check in was kindly made 1h30 earlier with all info perfectly communicated. Excellent experience with both staff members we were in touch with. Location is excellent too.

The breakfast was good, but not as amazing as I was expecting it to be from pictures. Meaning in variety of fresh fruits and other fresh foods. For 3 people, the room was a little tight.

Close to train station, which was a main criteria for choosing it. Short walk even with heavy luggage. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

We had a safe in our room but couldn't figure out how to use it. We call the staff, and they asked us to come back to reception to collect a key, which we did. Still didnt work. We call reception again, and they came but also couldnt figure out how to work it. No big deal, but suggest staff a trained in how to use stuff.

The location is excellent - near to the Bern HBF and Migros, where we could get some good takeaway boxes. The room was clean and with a good view to the city. The staff was super friendly and they really went the extra mile when letting us know we could get to use public transport for free for the time we stayed in Bern.

The heater made some noise at night which we found a bit hard to sleep.
