Absolutely beautiful! Top class equipment in fitness center and lovely rooftop pool. Our larger suite was plenty of room for our family of 4. I can see the potential for noise issues but other than the thunderstorm outside we only heard noise once from one neighbor. Morning check out front desk (young woman and gentleman whose sister is from Tampa) and valet staff were very friendly. Cafe near front of hotel had delicious breakfast offerings that we could bring on the road. We will definitely return!

We liked the old fashion historical nature just different than the typical hotel these days It was charming and sat in the heart of Dallas

Our room was at the end of the corridor next to what appears to be an exit/entry for staff the door when opened or closed banged and was very noisy Valet/car parking was not reasonable but I expect the rates are high at any hotel in the area Trying to get booked into the restaurant was impossible both before we arrived and while in residence The lobby bar was small and didn't have the relaxing ambiance I expected

We needed one night to get some rest to continue our travel, and the the hotel was beautiful. The main escalators were out so we had to carry the baggage up the main stairs but not a big deal, The escalators are in the process of being repaired. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The wood work was fascinating and unique, the books lining each room was a pleasant surprise and every area in the hotel lobby had a different theme. The Valet service was awesome, I left my cell phone in the care, and one of the fellows went up and retrieved it for me.

The pool was so crowded we did not get the opportunity to swim, it was very beautiful and the day was hot, so I am not surprised

The bed was a little firm for me and pillows weren’t great. I woke up with a headache/neck ache but other than that I loved the overall hotel experience. The coffee place made me the wrong size coffee and my friend’s coffee was cold and the offered to make us new ones. We told them we were in a hurry to get somewhere and so they made us knew ones when we got back.

Atmosphere, location, hospitality and the robe!

I booked that property specifically for the rooftop Christmas thing. No one told me that it was closed and I paid extra for the evening to use the rooftop Christmas thing. We traveled in town specifically for that so I was highly disappointed that I was not able to go up there and I paid extra money

We loved the amenities available on property. The restaurants and bars were great.

I felt the price we paid the service in the bars and restaurants should have matched. The French Bar was by far the best and had the best bartender, Hannah, who was attentive and knowledgeable of the drinks and surroundings.

It’s beautiful and clean, there’s a lot of lovely sitting areas and rich history to it

It was expensive, but understandably so

The executive suite was so spacious and accommodating for my birthday. The roof top pool was nice on the weekend and had the best drinks. I’ll definitely be booking again for my next event.

It’s a little noisy at night which is expected with it being in the heart of downtown Dallas.

The Adolphus is fabulous. This is an annual trip to The State Fair of Texas and the Red River Shootout and look forward to it every year!

$58 overnight valet parking price for hotel guests is unfair. It goes up every year. $40 per night is plenty and would be a fair hotel guest price.

Breakfast was delicious and quick service. Pool atmosphere was awesome! Dontrell and Joshua gave great service! My room was quite clean and comfortable. Att District was directly across the street!

My tv would turn off and not come back on. Clean up crew threw away my food and beverage vouchers.
