Location close to Lettuce Lake Park, ($2 entry) gave us something to do while waiting for the rest of our crew to head to Busch gardens. Quiet area. Great breakfast variety.

Due to recent rain, the pool had plant debris Hot tub noticj warmer then the pool (just rained), but the jets didn't turn on when I turned the timer. Could be user error, unsure.

Great location. Quiet spot in North Tampa. Close to Lettuce Lake Park where they have a beautiful boardwalk along the river. Used it everyday. Starbucks, Duncan Doughnuts, other food, gas, etc. close by. I75 access right down the road. Very good breakfast continuously monitored by very friendly staff members. Every staff member was so very courteous. I was granted by every one of them! I’ve stayed here many times and it is always great!

The breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Need handicap accessible room and the room we were given was supposed to be accessible but had a bath tub I was unable to step up into and there were no handicap bars by the toilet so I had to have family assistance. The pool was not available the entire stay.

Room was clean and actually smelled like it was just cleaned. AC worked good and bed was comfortable.

Noisy between walls. Could hear other guests. Fridge was making an awful noise through the night. Shower was awful! No hot water just barely warm and no water pressure at all .

Enjoyed my stay. Location was close to USF, and there were places to eat close by.

I wish my room was thoroughly cleaned on the second day of my four day stay. The bed was made and trash dumped but the carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the tub scrubbed.

Breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Location was great and close to our destination.

We had booked a room with a roll-in shower because my wife was in a wheelchair. They gave us a room with a bathtub that was hard for my wife to use . Also the room that we had was considered handicap,but it was small for a wheelchair to move around in. It also ok was on the 4th floor which is bad if there was a fire since the elevator would not be available for use .

It wasn't too far from anything

The halls were hot and the water didn't get as hot as I would of liked. The alarm went off in the wee hours of the morning causing us to evacuate.

breakfast was good, staff was very quick about bringing out food when it had run out. receptionist was very friendly upon check in and made us feel very welcome during check in and check out process.

our sheets and blankets had several very prominent black stains (it looked like from mascara). water pressure in the shower wasn’t the worst but could be better.

We slept really good because beds and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was so good and the breakfast area looks new and modern

The refrigerator inside the room was making some noise but I am Holliday inn regular client and for sure you Guys can fix the little inconvenient thing

Clean and nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Stuff was very friendly. Our air-conditioning unit was malfunctioning, but they gave us a portable heater.
