the room was wide. location is good. i booked with last minute deal option and in this case the price was good but original price is too high for this kind of room.

facilities especially in the bathroom was old and i could not understand it was stains or dirty. it was cold in the room and the air conditioning did not work on warm temperature. the water was cold as well. did not reach to the normal temperature for taking bath

Good communication with staff re gaining entry to the property but, apart from the housekeeping staff, didn't see anyone else at any other time, even though there was a kind of reception desk. A lovely, characterful courtyard area once inside the main entrance. Nice room, spacious, comfy bed, good shower ....... The B&B is a two minute walk from a lovely piazza with bars, cafes, ..... and within five minutes of tourist sites. Around a 15 walk to Lecce train station. Fair VFM.

Breakfast wasn't much, to be honest. No, it wasn't. Again, just didn't see any staff at any time ( apart from housekeeping ). I guess communication through WhatsApp, or others, is the way ahead.......

Great location within walking distance of everything there is to see in Lecce while being further out enough that you're not disturbed by the local noise. Room is clean and spacious and the breakfast is fantastic.

Wifi was very inconsistent and the bed wasn't super comfortable

The room I booked was eventually not available and I got another one which I’m eating here. The room was clean and had everything present. I liked having a balcony overlooking a small garden. It’s easily accessible.

If there is a coffee pot, it could be a nice addition to have coffee powder as well :) Also the host are nice but clearly use google translate for communication so you need to be explicit in your questions. The bed was making a bit of a sound but didn’t bother me.

Exceptional. Wonderful location right in the heart of the historic area. Wonderful building. High ceilings. Tasteful decor My room had lovely balcony overlooking the street and church bell. Street mostly very quiet. Clean Comfy bed great pillows Wifi fine

Would highly recommend. Booked one night then booked a further night -great value Host very welcoming but if booking you need to be aware that all the initial communication is automated. And quite overpowering. Definitely off putting for some folk although I appreciate why it is needed and appreciated by some. However for me I really appreciated that I was welcomed in person late morning to leave my luggage and the room was then available quite soon afterwards. Brilliant.

Great location in the Lecce’s old town. the room was beautiful, well equipped and had everything we needed for a great stay. the staff were always responsive over message and went above and beyond to help us.

we were surprised that our room was above quite a loud bar full of students. although we slept well as we had earplugs

Great location in the centre of Lecce, thus no need for transport to return home after evening out. Great view from the balcony of historical Lecce. Clean room and bathroom.

No lift, thus difficult for disabled persons. Little interaction with staff.

Location in Old town but quiet street, close to train station , clean sheets and towels, good WiFi, good coffee.

Air con was only fan mode (not working properly), balcony of the room dirty so I didn't use and left its door closed. Considering the price paid is ok for couple of nights.

Beautiful cozy apartments in the city centre (but quiet inside). Decoration, details and things - top. Kitchen, balcony, etc. Authentic building, but clean and renovated. Hospitable hosts (we asked about earlier checkin — no any problems). One of the best places I have stayed in Italy. 10/10. Completely stress-less. Highly recommended.

the stay here was great! the place is located in the city centre, so everything is nearby and therefore very comfortable. the main room where the breakfast is, is also comfortable. The breakfast was not fresh every day, but still ok.
