It was an amazing place with great hosts (Luca and Gianni)!! The room was very well decorated combining old (1270 PC) elements and modern ones. It was spacious and pleasant with comfortable bed and unique furniture. They offered us breakfast and they helped us from the first minute until the end. The common spaces are very warm and elegant and they make you feel like home. Everything was carefully designed so as to satisfy guests needs. They were excellent hosts and most of all they were professionals. We will definitely come back and suggest it to our friends and family.

This was my favorite stay of our 3 1/2 weeks trip in Europe. The historical building with modern amenities makes it special. We had an enormous room with a very comfortable king sized bed and a spacious bathroom. The location is ideal, just minutes walk from the Piazza del Campo. The breakfast experience was also lovely. We seem to be the only two people in the property during our stay... waking up to a beautifully set table for breakfast and being offered espresso drinks by an attentive gentleman in what looked like the living/dining room of an Italian villa was fabulous! I highly recommend Casatorre dei Leoni Dimora Storica for anyone visiting Siena.

We stayed 2 nights at the Casatorre dei Leoni in March 2025, and enjoyed our stay so much we could have happily stayed for 2 weeks. We loved the large, comfortable room (Rutilio), which was extremely quiet, clean and light. Luca was a perfect host. We had some special dietary requests for the breakfast (very nicely presented in the stylish dining area), which he promptly provided. Luca also organised a taxi upon departure. Perfectly located in the centre of Siena (contrada: Leocorno), Casatorre dei Leoni is a few metres from the Piazza del Campo. We wholeheartedly recommend this B&B and will definitely return next time we visit beautiful Siena, hopefully soon,

Beautiful old building in excellent location, only a short walk to main square. Breakfast was very nicely served, all fresh and staff very helpful. The bedroom was nicely furnished and decorated. Restaurant connected to hotel was excellent. Taxi strike on day we left but owner stepped in and personally drove us to the station.

Had an issue with the bathroom in that the polished concrete finish is very slippery when wet, would help to have an anti slip mat or board getting in and out of shower. Staff attended immediately and sorted any problems.

This apartment group is in a beautiful centuries-old building. The hosts - 2 brothers, if I recall - were exceptionally courteous and made us feel very welcomed. The bedrooms and en suite bathrooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast, organized and served by the hosts, was excellent. The common areas had a definite historic feel to them while being very updated and comfortable as well. Good location.

It was very hot when we were there and the A/C unit had a hard time cooling the high-ceilinged bedroom I was un.

The location of Casatorre dei Leoni is excellent: just a couple of minutes from the Piazza del Campo in the heart of Siena. The apartment we stayed in, on the first floor, is stylish and spacious. The living area, which consists of a well-equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a fun seating area, has wonderful, high ceilings and windows to one end. The bedrooms are at the other end of the apartment with a divan bed up on the split level balcony. The staff were helpful and friendly, arranging for us to drive our car into the city with our bags (an hour's pass - cars not allowed in the centre) and helped us upstairs with them. Our group of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved our stay at this cozy B&B right in the heart of Siena! The place is beautifully designed, with a spacious, super comfy bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. Breakfast was a real treat — a great spread of delicious homemade cakes, plus some savory options. They even had gluten-free and lactose-free choices, which was a big plus. Luca was fantastic — so friendly and full of great recommendations that made our visit even better. And the restaurant downstairs? Incredible. Don’t miss it!

We have a new dream to stay in this apartment for a month while studying Italian :) We only had a quick one night visit here but it was hard for us to go as it was so comfortable. A really amazing space in a building from the 1100s (!!) that has a perfect remodel of blending old and new. It was quiet at night and in the perfect area with lots to walk to. We had the breakfast and it was a continental with a great selection. We talked to two workers at the front desk and they were both lovely. Thank you for an excellent stay!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Two tiny suggestions would be a toilet paper holder and hooks in the en suite bath.

Excellent location literally 5 minutes by foot from the famous and impressive piazza del Campo. The high ceiling room is nicely decorated and well isolated (no noise). This comfortable B&B includes other rooms (like if these were separate apartments around the central living area used for the good breakfast) and is accessible by elevator or the staircase.

The price (quite high compared to other beautiful B&B and hotels we stayed at). Unrelated to the B&B itself, the ZTL if coming by car: you need to enter the old city by the opposite gate in the city walls (porta Romana), drive to the hotel through streets with many pedestrians, quickly unload the luggage and then drive back again to the authorized access gate (porta Romana) and - by the outside of the walls - reach the closer gate and finally walk to the hotel. Knowing this in advance. it is easier to leave the luggage in the car and enter only by foot with a smaller bag.

Amazing place right near the center of Siena, maybe about a block or two away from the main square. Close enough for easy access, but the building itself was very quiet and felt private. There is an amazing pizza place really close by, and of course lots of amazing restaurants a short walk away. Everything inside felt clean and modern, and we loved the overall feel of the place. Siena itself was amazing, too, we spent 5 nights here but could have easily stayed longer! As far as getting here, we took a FlixBus from Rome to Siena, then took a taxi to the hotel. It was easy and low stress.

Our room did not have any dish towels, but that is a pretty minor complaint :)
