Lots of attention to detail, very nice pastel colors throughout the apartment. Was equipped with everything that one needs in order to feel comfortable and at home.

If I’d have to pick something, I would say that it was not super quiet in the weekend in the surroundings but nothing out of the ordinary. Not really bothersome.

Spacious with a lovely little balcony, we were very comfortable. The studio had a lovely homey feel about it & Vanessa (the manager) was prompt and courteous in her communications.

We found the kitchenette a little squeezy size-wise but the fridge size and amenities were really good. A kettle would have been a useful addition but we made do with the coffee pod machine. If you find stairs difficult (no lift) suggest you request a lower level studio.

The most perfect host who is always available. Thank you Vanessa, you are amazing. The place is close to Old Town, Lidl, and walking distance to White Tower af the waterfront. The balcony is very big, to have tea in the morning and drinks in the evening. The apartment is spacious for 2 people. There is also a GNS gym, walking distance , where you pay €5 daily fee. Soo many places to eat. Perfect with very good price

Something small..i needed....just a small frying pan to make my eggs in the morning. There was only one big pot.

This was an exceptional stay. From the very first steps into the building, you are treated with absolute cleanliness and beautiful design. It's actually delightful as you feel that the owner actually cares about his guests, and strives for excellence in his services. The room was super-clean, tastefully decorated in a minimal design with colorful touches. Just the perfect environment to relax in after a busy day at work or long walks exploring the city. Nice & comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, good AC, cozy little balcony to sit and enjoy the street vibes. The location is just perfect, the property sits right between the amazing old city and the waterfront, with everything you'll need around the corner: Bakeries, Supermarkets and soo many Cafes and Restaurants. The host is super helpful and attentive, and everything is offered at an unbeatable price. Thank you so much - everything was excellent!!

It was very clean, with minimal decoration, nice size bathroom, all you needed in the small kitchenette and full size refrigerator. The bed was also comfortable, it had sockets next to the bed. In general it had everything you needed.

The stairs are a bit steep, so people with mobility problems need to know it, for the 1st and 2nd floor. Another thing, but nothing that has nothing to do in fact of the room, but something to consider is that generally in these area of Thessaloniki is the difficulty to find a spot to park you car (if you visit with your car) and the police is not hesitating as we found out the hard way... :))

Location is great for visiting the city with the seaside and the old part of the town in a walking distance, the owners are helpful and care about guests' comfort, the apartment was clean and comfortable, we had everything we needed: a comfortable bed, a functional bathroom, working and easy to use air conditioning, good wifi, a hair dryer and an iron. We didn't use the kitchenette, for there are so many nice restaurants and cafes in Saloniki, but it was fully equipped.

Everything. King Studio is beautifully designed. It's modern and extremely comfortable. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into the design of the facilities. I didn't need air-con all of the time. I loved that I could open both double balcony doors, let the breeze blow through the room and listen to the city noises. The little balcony area has wonderfully comfortable chairs for sitting in and listening to the world go by. Great location. I could walk easily up to St Pauls or down to the White Tower or along to Aristotelous/Ladadika. A little slice of heaven, without a doubt.

Newly renovated and refurbished building and room. Super clean, great location and very fast, direct and friendly communication with the hostess.

We booked a room for three people but the sofa bed for the third person was very hard and uncomfortable. I think a small mattress on top of it would solve the problem.

It was nice, the apartment is really cosy well equipped. It is in a greeat location, and it had AC and TV with netflix. The kitchen is well equiped for making breakfast.

There is no designated breakfast table, and in the livingroom there is only one table chair, so for a couple it is a bit tricky to eat brekfast together. But this is tthe only small thing i've noticed.

Everything was excellent within the apartment... spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cosy. Nice touches such as Camomile tea and water in fridge. Access codes worked perfectly, much preferable to keys.

There was some noise from the street, both people and traffic, in the early hours. Also my flat was near the front door, so guests returning late and slamming door also disturbed me. This is outside the owners' control, but I thought it should be mentioned to warn people who are light sleepers like me.
