We had a beautiful time at Coweys Corner.. The place is beautiful and clean... The staff was amazing especially Felix... He looked after us real good... He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient... Everything that we needed we asked him and he came through... I really appreciated him...he even turned to be our cameramen as well... Lol.... The food was good and they served us on time everyday. Would definitely come back.. The place has beautiful gardens for pictures and we'll maintained and it is so quite and peaceful... It is spacious especially for a family. We had an amazing stay.

Everything was good shame I would just suggest that can there be more variety when it comes to breakfast especially for guests that will be there for a long time.

Breakfast was cooked as per our requests. The room was spacious, clean, the bed very comfortable, and very handy with the ensuite. Having access the kitchen was very convenient as we could bring food in and use those facilities. The manager, Felix and staff were always helpful.

Parking and access can be a bit tricky if there are 3 or more cars parked at the same time. Pillows were on the small side. Keep the coffee, tea and sugar stocked up every day.

This B&B is conveniently located close to shops and restuarants (within walking distance). The area also felt safe, mind you this was during the day. The breakfast was superb and delicious, their pork sausages are quite yummy. The staff were lovely and helpful. Our room was nice and cosy, we had everything we needed. I really liked the timely manner in which the hosts would respond. Made us feel well-looked after as guests

The room was not as cleanly as I would have liked. There was hair from previous occupants on the floor around the room and in the bathroom, facial hair shavings from previous occupants in the basin. I am sure this would not bother most people, but I do not like seeing my own hair on my own floor, let alone hair from strangers.

The place is as clean as you see it on pictures as it is advertised..will recomend it to any 1st time experiencer....less drive to the beach front....South beach, north bearch, shopping centres, and also Ushaka marine!. Top class safety and security. Superb treatment recieved from the staff. Their breakfast is top notch.. More informative staff about the whole premise!.....

The fact that there is no pool and that one of the occupant had attitute issues...nearly ruined our stay!

My family and I stayed at Coweys Corner from 23-26 Dec 2023. To say we enjoyed our stay, is really an understatement. The property was clean, and the beds were very comfy. The Kitchen was well equipped. The bath water was always hot considering the fact that we were a big group. I especially loved the fact that the property is close to the shopping centre and restaurants around the area- we literally walked everywhere. Felix the caretaker was amazing, very courteous and helpful. I will definitely come back here.

The location and the staff were excellent. It was our first time in South Africa and there could not have been a more perfect place for our first stay in the country. The hosts live nearby, but not very close as to invade the privacy of the guests. The place has convenience stores, fuel station, and pharmacy nearby for immediate needs. The property is secure and guests need not think twice about planning their stay at this lovely little corner.

The location is great, workers are friendly and owner/manager was very accommodating to our food requirements. Also has a kitchen you can use anytime for heating up food.

The room was close to the breakfast area so if you want to sleep peacefully till late then it might be a problem.

Everything about that place is excellent the staff and management they know how to treat their clients very good👌

Nothing I like everything abt that place

The host of the house was so kind to host us the night before Comrades marathon, and he was so kind even to organise us "supplies" to encourage us for our race. The house itself is in central Durban. A perfect location for access to the centre and a very very nicely decorated house. The facilities were wonderful.

It suited my needs - to have easy access to Essenwood Residential Home. Breakfasts were very good and served at the time you requested. The staff were very friendly.
