Very spacious and homely atmosphere. Has a rustic feeling to the place, which endeared us very much. Has the usual facilities for a well run apartment. Was clean. Staff are responsive over email /messaging with short turnaround time. We ran out of shampoo and they replaced it promptly. Easy to collect and drop off the keys. We were happy with the location as it was away from the din and bustle of the big town. 5 min walk from the bus stop. 10 min to get to the train station. Kids liked the place very much. Would come back again

No lifts. We were on the 4th floor, but fit ones should have no issue.

The host was very responsive to messages and let us into apartment early. The location was very close to bus stop that took as directly downtown. There was a small grocery store and playground. There were 3 restaurants but only one was open due to the days of our stay. Free parking was available in a lot 2-3 buildings away. The 2nd floor apartment was spacious. The bathroom was large.

There was one clothes washer & dryer on the ground floor. There was no AC or shutters and it was very hot during our August stay. There was a floor fan in the living area and fans in 2 of the bedrooms.

We visited in September, so it was a bit chilly and rainy, but the property felt warm and cozy inside. It’s just a 10-minute bus ride from Luzern main train station and another 2-3 minute walk from bus stop. There’s a restaurant right next to the property, but we didn’t notice many other dining options since we ate in Luzern. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, and dryer (located in the basement and free to use). Our host was very communicative and even provided a complimentary Luzern guest card, which was really useful for bus rides around the area.

Be mindful if you're traveling with heavy luggage, as our apartment was on the third floor with no lift access. Since we had small bags, it wasn't a problem for us, but we saw another group struggling to carry their heavy luggage up the stairs, so we offered to help.

The apartment was really clean, spacious and comfortable. Seems like the host thought about everthing...all necessary items like iron, ironing board and hairdryer were provided. While there was no AC, fans were provided. There was coffee and tea in the kitchen. Very easy to communicate with host. Location is about 15 mins by bus to central Lucerne, with the bus stop around the corner at end of the block. Some stores close by. Looked fairly safe.

The street was not super inviting because there was active construction along the street and infront of the apartment. Fortunately no noise waking us up.

Picking up the key was straight forward.The apartment was very clean and tidy. The bathroom and kitchen were very good. Most fittings and appliances seemed fairly new. The beds were comfortable. There are cupboards and desks in the bedrooms. Most of the time we were there it was very quiet in the apartment.The bustop is only a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The #2 bus gets you to Luzern Bahnhof, the main transport hub for trains, buses and boats, and the centre of Luzern, in about 10 minutes. The buses run every 7-8 minutes on a weekday. Approximately every 15 minutes on weekends. Most of the time it was very quiet in the apartment. Dropping the key off at the end of our stay was easy. This apartment, in combination with the #2 bus, Tibit's restaurant and the Coop Supermarket, ( both at Luzern Bahnhof ), served us well during our stay in Luzern.

The foyer and stairwell could do with an uplift. There are portable fans but no air- conditionkng. The street was a bit edgy but also interesting. There are two restaurants in the street but both seemed over- priced for what you get. During our 5 night stay, there were two very loud partys One in the street and one in the building. Both finished early though. On one night, there were very loud occupants in the apartment above.. Apart from these occasions it was mostly very quiet. The washing machine didn't work. Sent the apartment hosts a message during our stay but received no reply. Consequently, we had to solve a problem ourselves without their help.

The location is 2km from downtown, but it's very convenient to take bus No. 2 to get there. The bus runs about every ten minutes. Since there's no supermarkets around the neighborhood, we bought food and drinks from downtown Coop. We like it clean and quiet, easy to cook, and easy to do the laundry.

There is only one toilet in the apartment, so we have to take turns to take a shower and use the toilet. If there's an emergency, really have to hold it.

It is a very quite neighborhood, rooms were very spacious, kitchen had all we needed, we had fans in our rooms but we didn't need them, it was chill when we went. We loved our stay. Bathroom with a tub was great to rest our feet.

having only one bathroom was a little bit difficult, but if you coordinate, it can be done. There is nothing that the place can do about it, so you just deal with it.

The apartment was newly refurbished. It has everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and shower great. It’s a 6 minute drive from downtown (if no traffic), where there are plenty of parking garages. A great pizzeria across the street and a small grocery store at the gas station on the street corner. Our apartment was on the 4th floor and there was a washroom up there with a washing machine and a dryer, which was perfect for us, since we’d been traveling for a while!

Our apartment was on the 4th floor, without elevator. No problem for us, but it might be for some. Also, no AC, though there are fans.

Apartment was clean and had a good location on a main bus line into the city center. Kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the laundry machines down stairs. Not a dislike but just we aware the apartment has no AC, and you don’t know what floor your apartment is on until you arrive. It got very warm during the day as we were there during a warm week, and even with the fans and windows open at night it didn’t cool down much for the next day.

Excellent location and great quirky character in the property. Very clean and well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shared clothes washing facilities

Lack of comfy seating for 4 people. Slightly noisy with windows open - needed in the summer as property doesn’t have AC. 4th floor not a problem for us but with no lift could be a problem for some.
