The guy who runs the place is so friendly & a pleasure to chat to. This is a budget B&B so it's not perfect but it's certainly outstanding value & very clean. I liked breakfast as I'm a toast & fruit person & just want a quick one so I don't require cooked food anyway. The location is ideal for me as it's not far from the heliport. It has a heater in the room which you can control which I prefer to the big ceiling fan/air con systems in the bigger hotels

Filter coffee would be great but considering the price of this place I'm not complaining but I'd be happy to pay an extra £1 on the price for a proper cup of coffee

Very well maintained property, exceptionally clean. Nearly all facilities in great condition: effective heating, good water pressure and plenty of hot water in shower, good quality bedding, pristine laminate flooring: sufficient hanging space for clothes.

Nescafé coffee sachets not really enjoyable; sufficient breakfast but maybe not the healthiest cereal options, perhaps could offer wholemeal bread, granola or muesli?

Clean, tidy and quiet

Access was impeded by a builders yard at the entrance. On arrival we found builders vehicles parked in the driveway after talking to the owner we were told we would need to move our vehicle as they required to move vehicles in and out. Asked how we get access to the car park we were informed was not his problem and as he owned the land he could do as he pleased. Outside the property is covered by double yellow lines and being severely disabled I could not walk that far so just parked in front of his vehicle which just upset him more

The young Malaysian duty manager was very attentive and helpful. Good continental breakfast.

The parking space is shared with the neighbouring builder which involves much shuffling of cars. The hotel is used by many oil workers as it is 100 yards from the helicopter terminal at Aberdeen airport. You hear the helicopters in the morning.

I stayed here pre mobilization to offshore, from OHS terminal it was a 2 min drive or a 5 min walk, great location if you are having to pay for own accommodation rather than the company pay for it, they also provide a quaint little breakfast to tee up the day ahead.

It was poorly sign posted took a few phone calls to locate it, however the owner came out to the street to direct me, A hand written laminated sign at the end of the street wouldn't go amiss..

manager was so good . he was very helpful . best stay all 10 family members were like the property . breakfast really good . parking outside the property. city is really good . just 10/10 . we will book again . recommend to everyone .

The distance from the airport and how welcoming the staff was.

How loud people were early in the morning and that there was a mess in the kitchen as no one cleaned after themselves and the tables were full of dirty dishes and cups.

You get what u pay for, room was basic but clean and comfortable, great location next to airport and train station, which although was very busy with helicopters you couldn’t hear them

Better inside than it looks but if u want luxury it would cost a lot more

Friendly staff, good value for money, comfortable bed. Early breakfast (from 5:30 am).

Hotel seems close to the airport, but it is not, because you have to go around, so it would take 53min to walk to the terminal.

Very friendly welcome. Efficient check in. Everything really clean. comfortable bed and bedding. Warm room. Hot, powerful shower. Breakfast included. Family friendly. A room for family of five which in our experience is unusual and the main reason we stayed here instead of somewhere else. Would definitely stay again.

Hmm hard coming up with anything negative. Ok well I prefer brown bread for breakfast and there was only white, yep that is all I can come up with.
