The hotel is located right at a stop of Bus no. 66, which makes it very easy to go up the Vitosha mountain. The breakfast was varied and overall great. The staff were super kind and accommodating, they even prepared a breakfast-to-go pack on the last day, because we would have missed the breakfast due to an early departure. The lady at the reception was very helpful in calling us taxis from multiple companies, because of a taxi no-show.

The soundproofing of the rooms could have been better, esp. from the outside - we could hear a quite loud dog multiple times during the night. The sound of water in the pipes due to people showering in the next room was quite loud.

Well maintained and very clean property situated at the base of the Vitosha Mountain.The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever met in Bulgaria. Well-appointed, large, clean room with a fantastic balcony with some fab views and a mini bar!!! The garden restaurant overlooked the Vitosha Mountain, which was clean with delicious food and attentive staff. The bus 68 to the Monastery is just across the square, with bus no 64 to Boyana Church and the start of the Boyana Waterfall trail just 600 metres away. The cost to quality ratio for this hotel was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was somewhat limited - typically, Bulgarian is so very adequate, just not to my own personal preference.

The hotel is very beautiful and has a fantastic location, just at the outskirts of the mountain Vitosha. It is also only 20 km away from the airport and close to the "Paradise." mall. The staff was really helpful, understanding, and very accomodating. We arrived very early in the morning, while our official check-in hour was set at 3 p.m. The receptionist immediately gave us a room and allowed us to put our luggage in and have a very needed rest. She made an exception, giving us a very early check-in time. The stay was comfortable and secure, and the service was reliable.

Breakfast was good and adequate. It could be better though. No brown bread and I think there should be provision for people that doesn't eat pork products. Clean and spacious breakfast room. Location is good, not in the centre but you could take bus and you would be in the centre in about 10/15 minutes. Staff are friendly and polite. They accept credit cards and there's a restaurant behind the hotel

No brown bread at breakfast. No English Channel on TV. Hotel located beside a major road - so some noise from cars if you open your window. The bathroom could be better in terms of design - the place could easily be flooded when you take a shower

The hotel is located in the outskirts of the mountains and in proximity to large shopping, cinema centres, museums, restaurants, and the bus stop to hut Aleko. The staff is helpful, smart, sympathetic. Our room was confortable, nice and it had a view towards the mountain and the beautiful restaraunt of the hotel. The breakfast was rich, delicious, nicely prepared and served; it had many elements of the national kitchen. The room which I had booked and prepaid, was available when we arrived. The service was invoiced and properly itemized in the paperwork.

Hotel spotlessly clean, including the bathroom, there was fresh linen etc . Early check in, due to early arrival . . . So early check in fee waived, without making any issue . . . Would this happen in the UK . . ? The restaurant is a welcoming, rich, taverna. There were no disturbances, no music at night., So I was able to re charge myself prior to overseas travel. There was no pressure selling . . . Nothing tasteless . . . Quite simply the best hotel stay ever . . .

I don't understand why this hotel isn't rated FOUR stars . . ? Or more . . . ?

Everything was great, I'm highly satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. Very nice location, just a few meters from the bus stop. The stuff was really friendly as well. The hotel is at the foot of the mountain, so the air is very clean and breathable. Just one little remark - if you promise something to a guest, you should keep your promise. The receptionist Lili Vasileva knows what I mean :-) Hope to visit that place again someday. Thank you!

The pillows were a little low, but that's not a big deal.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was pleasant, but might be a bit old fashioned for some. There was parking (with nominal fee) nearby. The restaurant was convenient (they made a super effort to help us despite lack of menus in English). The boxed breakfast, given because we had an early flight, was good.

The hotel is in a pleasant area, near a good museum, but it is far from the center of the city.

I wanted to stay in Vitosha so the location was great for me.All the parking spots in front of the hotel were busy all the time but there is enough parking space in the little square. Everything clean, bed and pillows very comfy.

The breakfast is enought for meat eaters, but us, as vegetarians, we didn't have many options to choose from. Probably the walls are thin because I could hear all the noises in the day and in the night aswell.

The receptionist couldn't do enough to assist me, from welcoming me on my arrival directly from the airport at 3am, to booking taxis, or organising a take away breakfast, to suit my travel arrangements. . . . I was permitted to check out just before midday and, my luggage was kept safe, long after I'd checked out, as I waited for my taxi . . .
