It was a very nice breakfast, so fresh and delicious.

My hotel room is very comfortable and clean. The cable TV also works nice, also I have a freezer in my room and many other things for a comfortable life here. I recommend that Hotel to stay for all people around the region. I will also be coming here this summer. I thank the hotel Team for the amazing place.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were informed that the AC does not work and offered free cancellation. It was not hot and we decided to stay. Generally, we are happy with the service we got.

The AC did not work during the day and it was fixed the next day.

Beautiful and cozy interior, close to bus and tram stop and metro station. The street is a bit shabby but very peaceful. Location close to nice parks and pedestrian areas. Good breakfast. What we would have hoped is more information about the city (like a small paper map of the centre) and about public transport (like location of the nearest tourist info) just to get started.

This is a great hotel in the heart of the city. Perhaps 2 blocks away from the bus stop for #72 so you can get there by metro and bus very easily. The breakfast buffet was superb. I actually stayed here twice during my time in the country. Very friendly travellers from all over Europe (and presumably the world). The staff was exceptional and very friendly. You can't beat the price!

No complaints. This is a great place and I would stay again in a heartbeat. There is a bar downstairs but I didn't have a chance to hang out there, so I can't comment.

The staff at the restaurant during the breakfast were very polite and professional. Location is perfect to walk to the center.

Even though the room was non smoking, it extremely smelt cigarette smell. It was too much for non smokers like me. Also the internet connection was not stable. It was dropping frequently.

I loved my stay at hotel Downtown! All went well!! Staff is very nice and the rooms are large, clean and confortable! A single standard room even comes with a large bed whicj was a great surprise!! Breakfast was good too although the hot dishes needed just to be a little warmer. Great value for money! I stayed there 5 nights and I would be happy to stay there again! Regards

Excellent location in the heart of the city of Sofia. In a walking distance away from major see-sights like the National Palace of Culture. The staff was polite and very clear in their explanation regarding my stay. The room was clean and cozy with nice, comfy bed and big bathroom.

The rooms could benefit from some renovation works. Even though the design is contemporary, signs of wear and tear are starting to show. The AC was a little bit too noisy at times. Breakfast offered wasn't the greatest looking, even though it still tasted good.

Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable, we had everything we needed. Good location, easy to walk to the metro station and to other places on foot. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Good value for money in general and the breakfast was good as well.

The daytime receptionist was extremely helpful, and the lobby area is very comfortable. Car parking is extremely rare, but the hotel has an arrangement for local parking. 10 euro

Booking said 200 meters from the stadium we were attending, but it's more like 500 meters. My partner has walking difficulties, so I was a little disappointed in that. We would have preferred a double bed, not 2 singles. We like to cuddle up

Fantastic hotel. Our room was actually a large suite, we don't know if this was a standard room or if we were upgraded free of charge. Parking was easy just across the street and well guarded 24 hours.
