Location is great. It is comfortable.

If you close the door of capsule there is no fresh air inside (fan dosen't work good), and if you don't close the door there is light turned on all night. There are only 2 toilets for so many people and it should be cleaned more often.

Excellent location, enjoyed my privacy in the capsule and good value for money.

Receptionists were not professionals, let alone being nice. It can be crowded in the bathroom

Location was perfect! Close to so many things including busstop and metro to airport. You can conveniently leave your bags in a locker before check in or after check out, however the prices are not as described by the property in the message they sent me.

I was a bit stuffy inside the capsules, the fan was really not doing much. The bedding was a bit old you could tell even if it was clean. I find it quite inconvenient having to do download an app to access my key. I don’t mind checking in online, but the app is just annoying. Also the reception opens at 13:00, which I found quite strange, but then again they ask you to do everything yourself.

The location was amazing, and the price together with that was great. The beds were small but comfortable and the whole room where the capsules were, was surprising quiet.

The capsules are really small, the luggages also has to be stored on the bed which doesn't really work with big luggages, so I would recommend traveling here with a backpack. The showers and toilets were more like a very basic, simple hostel - no soap, no shower gel, no hairdryers, no hooks in the shower where one can hang a towel. One of the toilets (out of the two) was also constantly clogged.

The double capsule was spacious enough for two people without problem. It was warm, clean and there was a towel as well. If you need, there are sockets inside for charging your phone. The place is a few minutes walk from the subway station.

The owner sends you messages that should contain links and QR codes, but they don't. We had problems getting inside the building, because there was no code for opening the door in the messages. You need to download an application in order to access your room. The application shows you the entry code for your bunk. Why not send it directly?

I gave the property 10/10 for everything because frankly, it deserves it. All the facilities were clean, and with this being our first time staying at a hostel, was not what I was expecting. It’s bang in the middle of every touristy sight to see, great bar at the hotel, more great cosy bars to choose from serving breakfast, lunch and dinner within a minutes walk away. The staff were lovely and welcoming, which again was not expected seeing as you need to use Goki to enter, another first for me. We stayed in a capsule hoping for a really unique experience. We got what we were looking for, however, we didn’t factor in our age. We are 40 and 50 years old. We realised during this stay that the old knees and backs aren’t great when trying to climb into a top tier capsule. Please don’t let that take anything away from this place. It was fab! We’re glad we stayed here, but we learnt that we probably should stick to hotel rooms at our age.

Nothing, all was great!

IT WAS SO AMAZING! Has some trouble with occuping the room but it was our fault for arriving hours before we could check in. This place was SO CLEAN!!!! It was perfectly clean and very comfortable and cozy it was just perfect THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Will definitely visit again and tell everyone about you.

Maybe prepare some towels for travelers. But everything was perfect. OH ALSO! The door of the cabins makes a squeeky sound when you slide it, and our door 115J had trouble closing man times, it wouldn't lock. Maybe look into these for safety. Also, it was really cold in the washroom, i know the window was open so it wouldn't get moldy but in -10 weather... yeah.

The capsules are almost unbearable hot which unfortunately makes the whole night and stay pretty uncomfortable.

Excellent value for money, the property is in a perfect location for exploring Copenhagen, it was clean and comfortable and the check-in/check-out was super convenient.

The property could have made the check-in process a bit more clear during booking; despite no mention of check-in being certain times before booking, I then received an email stating check-in could only be done during set times and panicked as we were on a late flight. It turns out everything was fine, as these communications were about in-person check-in via reception (we had done an online check-in). There was also no guidance as to how to lock the capsule when going out, and my messages regarding this were ignored by the property, so spent a while trying to find someone to ask (ended up asking someone else in the dorm when they emerged). Minor issues only, as I really enjoyed my stay, but worth noting.

Location is great, nice house, clean and comfortable for just one night, friendly reception staff

The online check-in did not work since the button in the e-mail had no link/functionality and no other link was given. The Booking masked e-mail address is also not visible from received mails (confirmation or other). Also I was travelling and not online the entire day so only found out that I could not process as requested until just before arrival. No idea how I could have checked in without someone still available at reception after 10pm.
