Location is what you’re paying for, nothing more nothing less.

First the hidden fees. $45 to park by valet. No onsite parking. No complimentary breakfast. It will run you about $20 each. Also building is old, so expect small rooms with minimal updates. The bathroom had an old tub and shower curtain. The toilet seat had weird stain/ burn on seat. We were also woken up by man next door drilling a water fountain into wall he was constructing outside our room.

The staff was so kind and helpful! Shout out to our girl Ayana! She brought joy and smiles to our day. The front desk staff was super accommodating; one woman even helped us book a tour. The hot breakfast in the morning was great! And the hotel's location is perfect! It's near everything. There is also plenty of coffee and water for you to have throughout the day.

I wish the option to get breakfast and eat in our rooms were a little more accessible, but other than that, it was a great stay with friendly staff.

Location, comfort and cleanliness was good. Staff was great, with the exception of one opportunity. I asked the night attendant for a late checkout, she confirmed but did not input the request in the system. It made for an awkward moment on the day of checkout. The attendant the next morning was extremely gracious in handling the situation.

The TVs could be upgraded for streaming services.

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I called before I left my house and hour and a half away to see if I could check in slightly early so that I could get to the convention center with my daughter for Jr. Beta. I didn’t know what time we would get back. The gentleman that I spoke to went ahead and blocked the room off for me before I got there and check in was a breeze!

May need a few more signs in you are coming from MLK. I almost missed it.

Parking - it was $45 a night which I understand since it's in downtown. I did not like is that I forgot something in my car and they said I could not go to garage to get it and they had to bring the car up. I could no longer use their garage link until I left a minimum tip of $5 (ok I guess) but then a $2 processing fee - which I don't think is acceptable at all.

Staff is very helpful and friendly! Noa and Asianna were fabulous, offering assistance and information with smiles. Bed was very comfy, and our room was quiet - couldn’t hear the traffic on the very busy street corner outside our window. Even though the hotel is on the northwestern edge of the historic district, it is an easy, short walk to River Street and to trolley stops. We walked most of the district, only using the trolley one day.

The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was clean and decorated beautifully for Christmas.

No parking on-site. The only option was valet which was $40 per day! The breakfast buffet that was an extra $14 per person was little more than a continental breakfast with eggs and bacon. They staff had a hard time keeping it stocked. Our room didn’t get cleaned so we didn’t get any fresh towels. We told the front desk upon checking out and she was very kind. She took off $20 from the room and gave us free breakfast.

The parking was suppose to be free and the breakfast was suppose to be free. On line that is what I thought it said but instead the parking was $45.00 a day & the breakfast was $15.95 a day. If I had known that I would have stayed somewhere else.

Hotel was excellent, rooms were big, bathroom met expectations, staff were friendly and the kids loved the pool. Close walking distance to town and attractions.

Bar tender during Happy Hour needs to be less of a smart alec, be kind, use your manners and don't patronise, probably would have stuck around for more drinks.

Parking was $43 a night and it was valet. It was either that or park on the street so that wasn't my favorite thing. The room was enough. My husband and I really just stayed in the room to sleep otherwise we were enjoying Savannah. There wasn't anything remarkable about the room at all but the location of it was excellent. We walked everywhere and nothing was more than a 15 min walk.
