Firstly, I want to say how wonderfully accommodating the staff are. Due to a multi-day trip being cancelled I had to jiggle around my booking dates to cater for a new tour. The Magnum team (Charlotte & co) were very helpful (as were the Booking.com team). I was in awe by the size of the apartment - very generous sizing. The housekeeping staff also do a fantastic job - it really was one of the most cleanly apartments I have stayed at. It's in a quiet location in the CBD area and only a block or two from the shops (Woolworths is close-by). Easy walk to the Waterfront or Esplanade areas. Pool area is ample with lots of private spaces for people to chill out in. Pool was clean and water was fresh. Good views from the rooftop. I liked that it has 5 apartments per floor (8 floors, pool is on the 9th floor). Lift access was quick. Hotel promotes its sustainability practices which is a nice touch. Furnishings were modern. Air-cons worked super well.

Rooftop pool and bbq area that received all day sun. Large room size and balcony. Washing and kitchen facilities in room. Reception staff of Margeurita and Charlotte were extremely friendly and helpful - allowed us an extra hour for checkout, stored our luggage and printed an email.

A loose timber step at the pool that was dangerous. Didn't feel comfortable using cushions and blankets (too many cushions). We would have preferred a lightweight doona. Foyer temperature was extremely cold - could probably be less so given eco focus.

Comfy and clean apartments. Need a swipe card to get into the building. Very well lit and safe to access. Great location. Some tours I did had meeting points at the Leea or Oaks Elan, both of which are a 5 minute stroll from Magnum. Only 5 apartments per floor (8 floors) so not that many people coming and going which is good. One lift but works very quickly. Bed was comfortable. Linen and towels super clean. Has ample shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in shower. Shower pressure and water temp very good. Kitchen is well stocked with crockery, utensils, micro, dishwasher and good size fridge. Washing machine worked well. Very happy I chose this apartment. This was part 2 of my Darwin stay. Staff are very helpful and accessible - they answer calls in a timely fashion and send email/text correspondence in a timely manner. I arrived late on Day 1 after a multi-day tour and did a contactless check in. Instructions to access key card were spot on.

The apartment was roomy, clean, and a great location. Easy instructions to access the property. Wonderful customer service and their office was around the corner. Linen was changed every day. Shops and cafes were nearby, and it had a great kitchen with amenities for cooking. Roomy bedrooms, nice bathroom, washing machine, and dryer.

The live TV didn't work, but apparently, that was due to a problem with all apartments on the 4th floor. They were very apologetic. The loungeroom blinds did not close properly, and I informed them of this. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Comfortable, well located apartment. Serviced every day, which was nice. Helpful staff. Great pool (though the rooftop garden was looking a bit dead; perhaps this was the result of dry season weather). Great deck. Ceiling fans in all rooms.

Poorly equipped kitchen; not really set up for self catering beyond the basic breakfast /lunch preparation. We’ve come to expect some basics in holiday apartments … paper towel, plastic wrap, salt, pepper. None of these were in the apartment.

This was the best accommodation we had in Darwin, with the most welcoming, accommodating, and friendly staff we’ve met in Australia. The location in the downtown core was excellent, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our spacious one-bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a washer and dryer. All appliances worked properly, and the rooftop was a nice bonus with pretty fast Wi-Fi connection. Overall, a great experience—thank you to the wonderful team!

Towels had stains, and the dryer was quite loud when in use. Den could benefit from a computer chair.

Great location in Darwin City close to restaurants, supermarkets and the Darwin Festival hub. Easy to provide your own breakfast and there is a medium sized fridge. We were able to check in early and check out late which was much appreciated.

We stayed twice and tge second room had a configuration where the bedroom was alongside the hallway and lift foyer which was not as quiet as the other configuration where the bedroom was in the middle. We didn’t use tge pool but it looked to be in full sun.

Amazing staff and a fantastic property, I guarantee you'll be happy if you stay here! Spacious beyond belief, I swear I got my daily steps just walking the corridor inside the apartment. I wish I could post more photos on here as this "one bedroom" apartment had a generous bedroom, an equally sized "work room" with an even more generous wardrobe, a HUGE living/dining/ kitchen space (all very well equipped), laundry, and huge dining terrace. Blimey! I swear I got lost INSIDE the apartment on the first couple of nights. If you opt for contactless check in, please visit the office just around the corner: every member of staff is delightful. Absolutely amazing, worth a great deal more than 5 stars or 10 out of 10. Loved it 😁😁😁😁

Our Apartment 303 was a huge 2 bedroom both with king beds,1 bathroom and combined toilet, huge combined kitchen, dining room and lounge room with a laundry including a dryer tucked away along the hallway. The apartment was serviced every day, rubbish removed and towels changed plus tea and coffee, dishwasher tablets, T Towels and extra washing powder topped up each day, as well as plenty of toilet paper. Both bedrooms were a good distance from the other one and both had huge builtin robes plus a good amount of coathangers. There was an outdoor seating area with a large table and 6 chairs but no BBQ. Magnum Serviced Apartments are literally a 5 minute walk around the corner to all your restaurants in the middle of Darwin CBD, free underground carparking was included. Only a 10 minute ride in an Uber to the Mindi Markets costing around $11.00. The price was excellent at around $205.00 per night, we will definatley stay here again.

The shower door didnt close properly so water went all over the floor.

The check in process was very easy and the information about Magnum Apartments before we arrived was clearly explained and thorough. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and there was only 2 of us so it was very spacious indeed. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery, utensils and cooking implements although cupboards above kitchen bench very high to reach.

We did not like that at least 3 of the vertical blinds were broken so were not able to be completely private from the people in the building opposite, which was quite close. Also we were left a tablet to log into to obtain all the information about the apartment and local area and this was not charged when we arrived and then realised why. The cradle it sits in to be charged was broken and it just slid off each time we tried to charge it. Not a good idea at all.
