lovely room chosen by tour group basic level but nicer than expected. beds were comfy and staff helpful. Breakfast very good but for me i dont eat cured meats yogurt available eggs boiled and scrambled.i like the outlets by the beds.ledges for stuff great.

location from train was a half hour at least felt like a major workout with bags. areas around hotel full of grafitti and the walk to the hotel on the train station side goes past a homeless hangout. i was sharing on a tour so beds a bit close together!!

This hotel was everything I needed it to be. The room was really clean, the bed comfy and the staff were really great :) It was great value for money!

I wouldn’t say I disliked anything about my stay, the only reason I would give it a 9 out of 10 instead of a 10 out of 10 would be that the shower head seemed to be too heavy for the holder and so kept falling down but once I got it to stay up in an ok position then the shower was fine. It was nice and powerful, easy to use and super clean.

The room was very comfortable for solo traveling and the bathroom was large and clean. It was also nice having a snack shop to get whatever you need any time.

I didn't like the neighborhood in general,it was dirty and you could use either a bus or taxi to move around. Termini station is a 25-minute walk and not always comfortable to use. And I didn't like the fact that there was no tea/coffee in the room.

Great little hotel situated between Termini station and the University if Sapienza. Comfortable, clean, modern, excellent aircon, and the staff were friendly & helpful. The code lock system is very handy. A great small bar just up the road for coffee & pastry, as well as a small supermarket (Carrefour) for essentials. Many good choices for dining also. 20 minutes' walk from Termini, 35-45 to main tourist attractions, although there are bus services too.

Nothing really. If I'd been staying as a tourist (rather than for work) there might be an argument for staying in a more central location, but to be honest the price and quiet neighbourhood mean I'd consider B&B Roma San Lorenzo Termini for a holiday also. There a plenty of graffittied buildings but the area feels studenty rather than sketchy.

There are lots of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, which is a big plus. Also a small supermarket just 100m away. Tram just around the corner and taxis are called by the staff and always arrived within a few minutes! The staff is very welcoming and breakfast has more than enough choice.

Location wise it was okay-ish, it's a long walk to be near the really touristic attractions, but we knew this. The neighbourhood could be seen as a bit run down, but we never had the feeling that it was unsafe (at night). Even very friendly and buzzling.

The breakfast was kind of basic, but really good. The room was clean and, although not that spacious, very comfortable.

The electrical switches were weirdly noisy, other than that nothing to complain about.

We thought the breakfast was great and much more than we expected. The waitress was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The location was close to my son’s Rome apartment which was also a bonus. Good value for money.

When we were checking out there was no one at reception and people were waiting to check in as well out. There was no sign stating when the reception person would return. It was at least 10 minutes before she returned.

I love the modern tv’s with casting and youtube. Lightswitches that turn off all the lights. AC worked very well. Staff was very nice and knew English.

Kind of off to the side

I stayed for over a month upon my arrival to Rome. The rooms are exceptionally clean, well lit and decorated just like in the pictures. Very central location if you are coming for La Sapienza University with a lot of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is a bit of a stretch to the Centre of Rome but it's well connected with bus or tram (just around the corner). Although it is one of the most night-life centered neighborhoods, never did I have any trouble with noise as the rooms are well isolated. The area can look a bit rough at first because of the state of the architecture, but it is completely safe and the hotel itself is in a very good condition. Daniel, Laura and the whole team were very nice and went out of their way to help with everything they could, and they were more than capable to communicate in English and Spanish as well. The price is more than fair and overall it was a very good place to be, either for a short or for a long period.

Sadly, no laundry service as of February 2022 but it is by no means an issue exclusive to this hotel. It is like that in most places in Rome. There are a couple of laundry services nearby, however.

The rooms looks good.

The windows are very thin, you can hear everything from outside. Very small room for breakfast. No vegetables at the breakfast, only scrambled eggs every morning and it takes a lot of time to be refilled when something ended.
