Very good wifi, a very good panoramic view of the city (included in the special tariff), iron in the room which is not widespread at least in this price category, friendly and welcoming reception staff.

Cleaning is irregular up to the point that once they knocked insistently on the door early in the morning when we were sleeping, and did not clean after irrespective the Clean Room sign. The surrounding area is not very welcoming, a lot of construction and reconstruction on the roads and not easily reachable shops or eateries at a walking distance.

Breakfast was amazing, you couldn't ask for anymore. The staff were very helpful, giving us directions to trains, buses etc. The rooms were cleaned with fresh towels, bedding on a daily basis. The views from the 15th floor were magnificent, especially at night.

I would have liked to use the swimming pool but at 15€ each, I thought it too expensive. The air conditioning was a little loud but worked well which was needed as we couldn't open the windows as wee insects came in, they swarm above the river, no fault of the hotel!

Friendly staff. Clean rooms albeit a bit worn down in terms of carpet and furniture. Beds were comfy though, and them being separate was a nice plus as I traveled with a friend. Also some pretty good views from the top floors.

As mentioned the rooms could use an upgrade but this didn't bother us too much. It's also a bit out of town but not too bad being only 2 stops from the main station (plus a 10 minute walk).

Location of the hotel is good as there are public transport stations nearby. Beds were comfortable and the room size was also ok. Air condition system in the room worked quite good, fridge in the room was also an advantage and staff were kind.

There is no fitness center in the hotel.

Nice lobby and reception area. Food in the Windfang bar was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful. Bed was very comfortable... got a great sleep.

The room was a little 'tired' ... there were holes in the black out curtains, and the carpet was stained

Lovely hotel. Slightly out of the way but could use public transport. Lots of building work around. People very friendly.

Separate matresses and valance was slippy so matress tended to move.

Beautiful foyer. Although rooms were dated, they were of a good quality, comfortable, clean, and spacious. Aircon wasn’t working, but we could open the windows a little, and the room felt cool enough. Breakfast was the usual fare, so not as good as expected though, but really lovely to see Bircher muesli as an option.

We expected the breakfast to be better in this hotel. The coffee was actually awful! Parking situation is not good. There’s 6 free spaces right at the front door (and we got one - hooray!). Else there’s free parking out on the streets, or you pay €20 for the garage. Not cheap considering there’s cheaper garages in the centre of the city, and this hotel is outside the centre. This price point really needs revisiting!

The room was big, the breakfast was very good with many options and the hotel was quiet. The staff were very helpful during our stay. also, after we left they helped us to locate an item and sent it to our home address.

Parking was expensive @22 Euro per day. Dining options very limited. Location is outside the city.

Nice breakfast, the hotel is far from center but it close to metro station. I have a good experience to communicate with hotel crew. My room was clean and comfortable. Good Wi-Fi speed

Cold in the room no way i could see to put the temperature up or down. A bit expensive i feel compared to other hotels that are simular or the same chain.
