Apartment was exactly as described. We had #3, on the second floor. Well appointed kitchen, nice living room, bedroom and bath. Plenty of bath supplies. This unit faced away from the main street (Sakala vs Parnu), so was quiet even with the windows open, and very quiet with them closed. We got to Tallin a bit early, and the hosts did their best to accommodate us (the office is in a hotel in old town). It's actually quite close to Old Town Tallin (5-10 min walk), but far enough that it's more in the normal city. Several shops are nearby if you need food or supplies.

There's no microwave, which is a lack in my normal life (as noted above, the apartment was as described, and no microwave was listed). I would gladly give up the oven for a microwave. I suggest adding a microwave somewhere in the apartment. The wood dining table and the cabinet surfaces were a bit worn and water stained--they could use a simple refinishing. While the curtains in the bedroom worked fine (key during the long summer days), they didn't work well, or some cases at all, in the living room.

The location was really nice. We were on the top floor so it was a lovely view. The check in process was super easy as long as you can navigate a smart phone. The apartment itself was really clean, and very spacious. The windows were a bit funky, but not a big deal. Just hard to prop them open without them getting slammed shut by wind. Also, if you have a car, there was 10euro/24 hrs. parking on Tatari street which is really decent parking for downtown Tallinn. Overall, it felt like the value for the money was very good. We will continue to stay with Tallinn City Apartments because all the apartments we have stayed in from them (several now) have always been some of the best apartments we've stayed in!

No air conditioning, so it will be warm if it's a hot day.

Definitely one the most stunning properties we have been so far during our years of travelling. The location was exceptional,minutes away from the old town and the main attractions. The apartment itself was beautiful,super clean and extremely quiet during the night. All the stuff was super helpful and extremely efficient and quick to answer any single question we had. They explained us super clearly how to get and leave the keys in the key box and how to reach the apartment from the airport. The flat and the people working combined made our stay unforgettable.

In my opinion this apartment has two main advantages: 1- location: it is basically fantastic, walking distance from the old town city center and in a quiet street. Also close to public transport (for example to go to the airport) and with a supermarket if needed) 2- space: we travelled with a big family and there was space for all of us without a problem. also the kitchen was new and big enough for us to cook without problems

The apartment met all our expectations and it was as described (2 x BR with Sauna). Good communications with the host and added bonus was that we had free apartment cleaning and replacement of towels etc. midway through our stay. We thought that it was an awesome location as a base to explore Tallinn from as we mostly walked to all our pre planned visit locations (even to Terminal D at the port for the ferry on a days visit to Helsinki). We highly recommend it (7 days stay; Family of 5; 2 adults and 3 children - 9, 12 &15).

It was very quiet, didn't hear any neibours. The flat was very clean and spacious. Our child is learning how to crawl and the flat was perfect for that. Having an elevator in the building was perfect as we had to take a stroller upstairs. The heating during winter was also spotless and adjustable. We requested infant bed and asked for feeding chair for the baby. The chair could have been cleaner though, but good that it was available. We attended a concert in the Alexella concert hall, the location is perfect for that too.

There was a problem with the entrace door - the code did not work. We arrived late ar night, our baby tired and fussy - and the code is not working 🤯 Luckily there was an emergency phone number to call and within 10 mins we got another code to get in. There is washing machine in the flat (and even laundry rack!) and although they had tablets for the dishwasher it would have been so handy to have some kind of a laundry detergent for one time use. In our case it was enough just to rinse the garment. And the feeding chair for the baby - it was not in a spotless condition - was not properly cleaned and one armrest was coming off, but that did not affect using it.

Highly recommended! Everything was great! We felt like we were visiting family, very cozy. The apartment is much larger than in the pictures. communication with the owner was quick and clear. We have received all instructions for check-in/check-out. The apartment has everything you need even for a long-term stay. I was very pleased with the tea, coffee and soap supplies from “Rituals”. There is a large store in the opposite building and a wonderful restaurant in the next house. All attractions and sightseeing are within a 5-10 minute walk. The train station and the airport are also within 10-20 minutes by bus. We will definitely come back here the next time we are in Tallinn!

It is a good apartment in center of Tallinn. It is spacious and has a large living room. Comparing to hotel rooms, here you really have enough space. There is Reval cafe on first floor, where you can eat breakfast or buy something delicious. Very close to old town.

There is expensive parking (Europark in front of apartment, 20 eur / 24 h). Apartment doesn’t look fresh, and it needs renovation (especially kitchen). When I booked it, I believed in Booking score 9,6. It is 7 or 8, but no 9,6. Also, I forgot to add third person, but manager helped to solve this issue - we walked to office and got blanket and pillow covers. But it costed additional 40 eur for 2 nights

My family(3 persons) really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. My unit with two bedrooms was very spacious for my family and wifi connection was also good. The freedom square is just nearby and convenient to start a tour of Tallinn old town.

Only minus point would be the parking space. The most cheapest option would be a parking lot managed by SNABB nearby. There are several parking lots by Snabb, but they run at totally different price. The cheapest one is the space charging just 7 euros / 24h.
