Room is great, large window to see aurora. In suite sauna is also great.

Hotel is quite far away from bus station . I was told by hotel staff to walk few minutes. But the truth is , under snow with 2 luggage, really exhaust to walk uphill and sweat even it was minus 2 degree. Really an unforgettable experience. Hope there should be shuttle bus from Santa Claus village

The location is amazing next to Santa Claus village but you have to drive away a little to view the Northern Lights in more darkness. The cabins were tastefully decorated and the whole place had a nice vibe to it. Loved the reindeers and breakfast was great. I like that it was small, boutiquey and not crowded. They did a lovely set up for my daughter's birthday and helped me order a cake and gifted her a big reindeer toy.

Coffee!! we need coffee machines in a 680 euro-a-night cabin please! Instant coffee doesn't cut it and despite asking-- nothing was done about it. A simple French press and coffee bag would have done the job if they don't want to invest in nespresso machines...

It was an amazing experience from the very first moment of arrival. The reception personnel was extremely kind and welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary coffee and chocolate to warm us from the cold weather outside. The room size was splendid, and the overall ambiance was magnificent. The restaurant experience was great, too. We had dinner, coffee, and breakfast, which was always amazing. The Finnish Sauna inside the villa is a nice feature.

We did 3 days, and we should have stayed longer. We don't have any negative comments on this.

Exceptionally clean rooms that are serviced daily. We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and were impressed by the quality of the meals. The hotel is in a great location right behind Santa Claus Village.

The breakfast could do with some improvement - whilst there were lots of options the quality wasn’t at the standard of a typical five star hotel. A few occasions unnecessary confusion with staff at reception. For example - we booked a private Santa visit for our children. I contacted them multiple times in the lead up to our stay to confirm/chased for responses. At check in there was more confusion about the time even though it had been confirmed multiple times already. And then at checkout they tried to charge me for it a second time. I had to show them email correspondence both at check in and check out as proof re time and payment. We also had issues with final bill at check out. Surely there is a better system?

Everything about our stay was fantastic! I’ve never been to a hotel where the staff are so friendly :) they made our stay very enjoyable and accommodated every request. Location is great as you are right by santas village. Food is delicious!shout out to all the kitchen team who clearly work really hard to provide lovely food and service. Highly recommend staying here accommodation itself is fab and it’s lovely to have reindeer on your doorstep! Great job Nova Skyland! :)

Nothing! Only thing I would add is it would be nice to have some sort of seating outside back of property on decking to sit and watch the reindeer. We stayed in 2B :)

The scene and the villa

The breakfast is not a really 5star hotel one. The house keeping ladies/men sometimes arrive after 3 pm when you are back home and obviously the house doesn’t get clean. It’s just changing towels. They should have more staff to do all the cleaning in the morning time. After 3 pm gets really cold and traveling with kids we had to be back home by that time. And although the reindeers look amazing but it’s kind of an anti-natura you have them there inside a fence . They also don’t alert about the northern lights. There are some hotels that do alert.

The room and restaurant design and facilities are absolutely amazing. The grounds at the hotel are also beautiful and it was so nice to have the sleds available for kids to play. The tours at the hotel are phenomenal and I definitely recommend the aurora borealis one. Our tour leader (Lassi) was extremely patient, generous and kind—his experience, demeanor and kindness afforded our family and amazing experience in nature that we’ll never forget.

Some of the staff at the reception/restaurant were not very welcoming.

The location was great, also the private sauna and the whole house was very cousy. The small kitchen was very functional. The staff was very helpful with everything.

The kitchen didn't have a toaster, and besides the sauna, there wasn't any activity on the hotel, like a pool or an area where we could socialize with other people. The location of our house was right next to the road to the reception, luckily there's not a lot of cars moving around. Also, we asked for an early breakfast and wasn't very appropriate for children.

the rooms esp with the inbuilt sauna is a huge plus, the family felt home immediately, the walking distance to santa village attractions is amazing

The cleanliness of the restaurant and service quality was not as expected. Refill at morning breakfast when you arrive late was slow or not existant. Also we would have loved a more variety on the dinner choices (daily changing menu or at least more options. (4 main courses every evening to pick from is not below expectations)

The Hotel is walking distance from SCV, and is surrounded by lovely walking trails. It is easily accessible by bus/taxi from the airport/city. The room was fabulous, spacious, very quiet and tranquil. The views from the rooms were just amazing. We were also lucky enough to catch some northern lights from here.

The breakfast was just fair for the price of the hotel, very simple, and the coffee wasn't great.
