I liked the staff that were working. Real lovely and kind. Since i came home i actually miss seeing them. The rooms are cleaned a lot. And there are a calm feeling in the Hotel. The Hotel is near a lot of handy places. Places to eat / Bank machines / A small park for a walk / Small cafes / Near some Sports Bars / Taxis on the other side of the road. I actually came by Taxi to the Hotel which was 68 Euro from the Airport. But in my spare time i worked out the Trains. Below the TV Tower there is a train Station which is about 20 minutes walk down the road from the Alex Hotel. The train was 4 Euros from the ALEXANDERPLATZ Train Station to the Airport.

Hotel is very good.

The workers are very helpful and very sweety. The room is very clearly and silencely. The wonderful detail which is the drinking water, coffee etc. without paying in it. The reception is very authentic place, who is choosing the musics are very softly, thank you for them. The otel's location is very nearly city center. I think you must choose it if you are going to Berlin. See you soon, in the same otel of Berlin =))

The room has no freezer. Two bed is'nt comfortable which was the nearly. I think the twice bed could be better than it.

This hotel was excellent for the overnight stay after a long day discovering Berlin. Easy to reach, close to the Alexanderplatz. Easy check-in and check-out. Strong internet connection. Free coffee and tea. I loved the café next door - delicious breakfast.

1. While the place was very clean overall the carpet could have used a thorough cleaning. 2. While there is definite merit to the functional "no visible staff" hotel it was lacking some human touch. I am sure a welcome message and information about facilities near by (like an amazing café) and their opening times would add to the experience.

An unusual hotel with apparently no staff! Digital check-in and check-out, super clean and in a great position just minutes away from central Berlin. Quiet, very comfortable and perfect for those of us who don't need to be asking staff for things all the time. Loved it and would stay again.

Just two things (and very minor ones): 1 Small floor mats, while a pleasant touch, are rather dangerous on polished wood floors, and 2 The decorative wall boxes were at head height - as my head discovered. Twice. These two things were probably made worse by personal clumsiness!

Very convenient procedure clean rooms, nothing to complain about regarding the facilities

Guys, I know this is the new trend that you check out earlier than before (12.00 was the check out time all throughout the history) and you check in way later then good old days. BUT, 10.00 is not a Check-out time, period. It is not!!

Its a small and cozy hotel with interesting aesthetics (decorated like a budget stardoll suite, which i personally loved.) in an excellent location, 5 mins from Alexanderplatz. A tram stop is just outside the hotel which was very convenient to us as we were using the excellent public transport of berlin to go around the city. The room had comfortable beds, it was being tidied up everyday and the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The hotel doesn’t have breakfast and the room lacked a fridge, but it is not a problem since there is a kitchen in the lobby with everything needed to make coffee or tea, as well as clean cold water. A really good breakfast place is also around the corner. Hotel Alex is the perfect budget-friendly hotel to stay at if you are visiting Berlin. If you are relying on public transportation to get around this big city, this hotel is perfect for you.

Its worth noting that the upper floor rooms are only accessible by stairs. This may be an issue for someone with mobility problems though it didn’t affect us.

I liked the interior, how the towels were arranged, at first I didn't even want to ruin this beauty. Mattresses are comfortable, there's coffee and disposable glasses on the ground floor – you care about your clients' stay.

I had a light allergic reaction from the shower gel – my wounds got itchy. Everything one says loudly enough can be clearly heard in the corridor/other rooms.

This hotel is absolutely perfect. Conveniently located right next to the tram stop, it offers easy access to transportation. The check-in process was seamless, the room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower and toilet were spotless. The room's modern design and amenities provided everything needed for a quick stay.

While the absence of air conditioning was initially disappointing, the room was equipped with an excellent fan that provided ample cooling.

It was very well located, with the tram station right in front of the door. The hotel itself and the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the 24/7 coffee, tea and filtered water availability was really nice too!

There was only someone at the reception for the check-in, otherwise I never saw anyone despite me spending a lot of time there. A little bit more reception availability would be nice, although not super necessary because there were no problems.

The property is literally a few minutes walk to the centre (Alexanderplatz), I enjoyed every time to just have my walks around the city from and to the hotel on those sunny days! The Property itself it's very welcoming, the receptionist assisted me with my check-in and had a bit of time to exchange a small casual chat with me on a general level which personally made the stay even more welcoming, the room was perfectly clean and it has all what you need in terms of hotel stays! And the beds were also very comfy! I totally recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit Berlin and would like to stay close to the centre if it would like to avoid to use transports all the time
