This accommodation is in a perfect location for those travelling through Armidale or visiting. The room is comfortable with heating which was perfect as it was cold when we visited. The room size was adequate for staying one night and the bathroom facilities were good. It was also really handy being able to park in front of our room in the carpark. The owner/receptionist recommended going to the 'White Bull' for dinner which was in walking distance and we loved the food there.

We can't fault anything during our stay. We really enjoyed staying here.

The location is ideal for the Armidale CBD. The staff were friendly, obliging and very helpful. The mattress was comfortable and overall the motel provided value for money

The room WAS NOT serviced daily. Requests for fresh towels; toilet paper; and toiletries were readily provided WHEN REQUESTED, but room service was non existent.

the place was very quiet ideal for students studying. hotel walking distance to the main shopping centre, service station across the road, eateries next door and mc donalds and kentucky fried around the corner. I would stay there again.

the only downfall I found No microwave oven in the room. everything else was great.

The comfort of the room was great! The bed was so comfy and as a cold frog the extra blankets were perfect! The shower was spacious and the room was clean and well presented. The check in process was very easy and I found my room no problems. Very happy 😁

I had a great night sleep in the bed and the bathroom was quite bug. Managers were quite friendly

The bathroom and some of the furniture was dated but speaking to the manager there is plans for a renovation to the motel. So will be interested to go back when completed.

Great location, affordable, huge room, great shower!

I appreciate the new blinds but the gaps around the edges can be looked into the room from the outside and let's alot of light in at night. The bed needs an upgrade. With these 2 small fixes it would be perfect

Convenient to town. Clean. Good value. Quiet

Probably need to turn fridge off next time. It makes a bit of noise when the compressor comes on at night. Also close bathroom door because of toilet flushing. But both issues easy solved.

Spacious room, comfortable settee, good sized bathroom, spotless,excellent shower, 4 mirrors. Face to face check in, lovely staff. Excellent value, good parking for large vehicle, pretty garden. While an older motel, everything well cared for.

Lighting a little dim, but no real problem.

The new managers where wonderful and so accommodating when we needed to extend our stay another night while my son was in the hospital. They even got him a little toy which was much appreciated by this worried exhausted mum.

The room was warm. It had all you needed for an overnight stay. It was close to town.

The hot water took a long time to come through, and then it was hard to adjust. It was boiling hot or cold. It looked tired and needs some TLC. There were cobwebs above the TV.
