What a beautifully presented property right in the heart of Armidale close to restaurants and shops. We loved its old world charm and attention to detail with the authentic antique furnishings and decor. Our charming host, Rhonda, ensured our arrival was smooth & seamless before welcoming us and settling us in to our accommodation. As an added bonus after a long drive, we were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner at The Cottage restaurant located right next door. We highly recommend this property.

Oh what a great room. It was just so excellent. I didn't have the breakfast due to morning time constraints (for work) so i didn't have the opportunity to rave about this as well. I will be coming back here if i have another job in Armidale. Parking was fine.... i was a bit worried because i have a big American ute, but it was just fine. AND undercover. I normally stay in hotels and motels; I thought i'd try this BnB for a change, and now i am converted. Lovely Lovely.

The studio was beautifully presented, tastefully furnished to suit the period, and inherently comfortable. And although on the main Rd to the coast, the rear location meant there was no road noise. Positioned as it is, the property allowed an easy walk to a selection of eateries. Vehicle parking was also most secure. Although we didn't elect to include breakfast, the area appeared to be quite appealing.

The tiny kitchenette didn't include a sink, however that wasn't really an issue.

The room was huge and immaculately decorated. The bed was comfortable and the en suite bathroom was clean and bright. A generous and delicious breakfast was served in a light-filled conservatory. Our host recommended a nearby restaurant for dinner which served excellent food and was only a short walk away. The Heritage Trail was a highlight of our visit to Armidale.

Loloma House was exceptional in all ways. Every now and then you stumble across something really great and this fits that catagory. Everything was superb from the location to the bed to the towels, thank you for a memorable stay.

Beautiful, opulent décor. So much space, with lounge, kitchen, dining nooks and a huge bathroom. Top quality throughout. The owners communicated promptly and were very friendly. Sadly they fell ill before our arrival so we didn't get to enjoy their renowned breakfast. However, we were compensated and their cafe referral was excellent.

Just by stepping through the doors of Loloma, you’re transported in time with beautiful surroundings, antique furniture and spotless accomodation. The property is stunning and does not lack Amy modern amenities. Rhonda, the superb hostess has open lines of communication, respect puts her heart and soul into ensuring her guests are happy. She is also a fantastic cook!

The suite was absolutely beautiful and meticulously presented.It reminded me of a fine European hotel suite.The accomodation is centrally located near the CBD.The host extremely friendly and helpful.

Beautiful, spacious, well equipped suite in a heritage house. Within easy walking distance of restaurants and shops. Helpful host who gave us information on best places to eat and see.

Central location but still quiet. Lots of room in the suite and very comfortable. Breakfasts were very good and a very friendly host.
